Following Craig and Michelle Graham being named and shamed on this blog for defrauding the SNTS in March it has been discovered by a Carenne Gate investigator that they continue to defraud the Department of Education and Training, reaping benefits for themselves and their employer, Capebase.
Following the March incident, hatho came forward and said that she knew that Mr Graham had claimed the full kilometres back to Blayney and that Mrs Graham had declared the full hours back to Blayney for work as a bus escort. Hatho alleged that Mr and Mrs Graham often over-declared from the department on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that she had been told by Mrs Graham that she had to see Centrelink every second Tuesday.
In April, Michelle Graham denied the allegations on this blog in this posting. She claimed -
"you have ALL your facts wrong.we do go home everyday and yeh you saw us at aldi and macas .so what ? ITS NONE OF your BUISNESS WHAT WE DO WHEN WE HAVE FINISHED THE RUN.my husband does not get paid by the kilometre ,yes the bus company does.but the bus company only claims what is used each day which is totally correct and none of your buisness once again.as for me i have never claimed any hours not owed to me and if we go after the bus run to do something like have a coffee or get some groceries before we head back to blayney ,that does not mean we are defrauding the department."
Our investigator can reveal that Mr and Mrs Graham parked their bus in the Bathurst RSL club carpark for most of yesterday. Mr and Mrs Graham were seen walking in William Street by Carenne staff at 11:00AM Photographs provided show that the vehicle was there at 1:50PM and not in Blayney as would have been expected if it returned there as Mrs Graham claims.It is estimated that on each day that the Grahams do not return to Blayney but claim they do, the state government is being defrauded by $160 for the bus contractor and around $40 for the escort.

This is what's needed everybody with problems about the government inaction and coverup on the published allagations of child abuse and fraud naming Carenne and Carenne support should start publishing their concerns about management and government oversight of the Department of Education and those taking government money for services which rely on time sheets for accounting to work properly.

Most computer users are well aware each computer has a 9 digit identifacation number which identifes them so they are able to interact without getting crossed up what ever. Putting that aside for the moment consider how many people started posting on indy media and then here without worrying about threats and intimadation. It would appear that Peter Harvey has a very serious problem. Information about truancy prosecutions are generally only known to the school executive and district office. Who is leaking this information Peter? Is it one of the now infamous executives at Carenne who are facing criminal charges for harassing a whistleblower or is it someone in your own office?
You can claim all you like that people are being "hacked" that the school has "robot cameras" and that the school is "bugged" but when it comes down to it, information is being leaked which can only come from staff themselves. You have a VERY SERIOUS problem at Carenne Mr Harvey and you have sat on your fat lazy behind for the past year doing nothing. The question is when are you going to be man enough to admit that you made a mistake and that your own staff are responsible for these leaks, instead of taking the easy way out and blaming every Tom, Dick and Harry.

There are so many taxpayers who want people like Gerard Martin and the Mayor and elected councilors of Bathurst to get involved in the very public concerns local ratepayers and taxpayers in the wider NSW community have about the abuse and rorting going on at Carenne Special School in Bathurst. After all the members of Bathurst City Council are our elected reps and a part of the Liberal National Coalition and Labor parties among others. Certainly Labor party members should be discussing what the Education Minister Verity Firth has failed to do during the last year. What do you think Mayor can the council ignore the political short fall in governance of the protection of special needs school children? What about the Western Advocate Mayor? Your town your towns news paper, is it suffering from a credability problem. Will the council suffer if it continues to use the Western Advocate paper for expencive advertising at great cost to ratepayers? Hi Miss Graham. You might like to call people who come across your parents parked in town stalking but I like to call it investigating. It is routinely reported to myself and probably Julie as well that your parents do not return to Blayney after the morning run. These reports generally come from Carenne staff who happen to see the vehicle located around Bathurst. From what people tell me special transport companies are paid by the kilometres the bus travels and the bus escort by the hour. When your parents stay in Bathurst through the day they are ripping the department off. It has been published that Carenne Support has been ripping the department off and it has been published that Capebase have ripped the department off both through your parents and another bus driver.
Perhaps you might like it if I go to my local police station here tomorrow and report the fraud which is being committed. Hopefully the case won't be transferred to Bathurst.
