On 15 February 2010, parents were sent home a letter from Bus Co-Ordinator Christine Porter acknowledging that there had been a "faeces stain" on the front seat of the bus for the afternoon run on 8 February 2010 as reported on this blog.
In the letter Ms Porter apologises for students being subjected to a "health risk" and for having to "endure the smell for the duration of the trip". In the letter, Ms Porter also states that Carenne Support has introduced new procedures to ensure that students would not be exposed to health risks.

We can now read a letter from Carenne Support dating back many months which acknowledges only a smelly stain. The letter in fact denies the existence shit on the seat which many of us have read about in several comments, but it confirms reports on this blog that responsibility for the shit, acknowledged by Carenne Support as a smelly stain and identified here, belongs to an anonymous child who had had a accident. I write again there is interest in exposing the systemic abuse accommodated by the state government and senior management, but there needs to be a determined effort to put verifiable facts in front of media and legal people. People who are reading these pages. The reports of the student being supplied with tobacco products paid for by the school. Is anyone willing to write and sign a statutory declaration attesting to witnessing the process of our state government employees supplying a child with smokes? Have thee already been formal complaints made to ICAC and the State Ombudsman linking the inaction of the DET, serious misconduct unit and Education Minister with concerns special needs children unable to protect themselves are being mistreated.

Why would Carenne Support write a letter admitting there was an actual turd on the seat? Of course they had to water it down. What concerns me is that some students at Carenne have diseases which can be spread by faeces but when I told Neil Moon I was told to piss off.
Christine Porter is that incompetent she even put 2009 as the date and didn't sign it. WELL DONE "CHRISTINE"

When Neil Moon told you to piss off Ned Kelly what did you do then? Did you just forget about it or go over his head? I noticed the letter from Christine Porter also advised the reader Gerry would b responcible for monitoring any mechinical issues with the busses and performing safety audits of the Carenne support buses. I hope everyone has taken on board the responcibilty of the driver to do a basic check before taking the bus into service. Was Gerry the one responcible during the time people were posting comments on Julies Blog about the bus being in service with bald tires ?

This was reported to Gail Vasic and Neill Moon lied about what accured.Maralyn Parker ought to enquire to snts ask for a copy of this document of the report Neill Moon Made to snts about this serious incident.
Perhaps some one could tell us what the acronym snts stands for? Main stream media wont go searching for gems of evidence, the people who have it need to get it to the people who can do something with it. The letter is so so but perhaps Ned Kelly should ring Parker and talk directly to her, ask what she needs to support a story. I expect she needs more than people telling her she needs to speak with people who are anonymous and too frightened to act. You have been given her number, has anyone rang her yet? What are you waiting for?

I knew that they did it because they were standing at the door to the office watching and laughing at you when you drove off with the turd on the seat Jenny. When Neil did the investigation he reckoned that it was Kelly's fault and that one of her students had an accident and that her and Angie left it there but it didn't happen like that.
I told Moon and of course nothing happened. There was no point going higher - who would I go to - Peter Harvey? Carole McDiarmid? Get real!

When you suggest we (those who are trying to help and guide you) should "get real" we expect you mean "realistic". As one of those people and an activist I understand from experience nothing will come of all this activism unless those people reading and posting here those parents and teachers with information decide to be “realistic” and get the job done! Government is a steely hard business, with its power and opposition always against a minority of dissenters who are the ones who bring about change. You the Carenne Special School staff who spoke out. Because governments don’t want change. Most parents and teachers have a very naive belief about how it all should work. Let me help people who are still struggling to understand. Our governments are but don’t see themselves as evil and deceptive. Grasp that and you have an understanding of how it all works. Next understand that in a democracy we the people retain the power, we are the mandate and we can withdraw it at any time. Then consider the Exorshist. Because the KLAN is the devil and what we are doing will get really politically discusting.
