Carenne Special School staff have supplied a copy of the survey sent home to parents and carers as part of the review to be undertaken at the school this week. Staff claim that the survey is a joke and is clearly intended to produce certain responses.
Staff claim some of the questions asked were ridiculous and that parents could not possibly answer them truthfully. "Questions like the one about school leaders and that the school caters to the learning needs of all students are just ridiculous, there is no way parents can know this. Parents can only answer about their own child not all students as a whole",
"It was written to get a certain response" said the staff member.
Concerns have been raised about the use of the review and the way in which it is being conducted since it was announced.

The review will be a whitewash. Nothing will come out of it other than what has already been said. Snowden is just one of McDiarmid's cover-up teams.
While I cant actually read the form, I tried zoom up to five hundred. I have no doubt it is intended to push parents responces in a particular direction to suit DET interest. Could a transcript be typed so visitors to this site can read what it actually says?
Also I note the Liza Martin by line in the Telegraph on line on the 11 of March has still no comments posted. Is it just me or do others suspect our government is using its influence to bury the Chris Smith exposure of the cage/ pig pens in our schools. There are however comments being posted in the Perth and Adelaide papers on line.

he hasn't even looked at why an illiterate, lazy aide like Lucy Thornton is in a job. Even the casual teacher who is filling in for Peter after Lucy stressed him out and he had to take leave has commented on how lazy and useless she is.
Why isn't a independent review done then there would be no cover up of carenne school.
It's obvious that they don't want an independent review into this place.
