Last night, Mary Housler, the administrator of Carenne Support posted on this blog about the criminal records of two juveniles. Under NSW law, the publication of the names of children involved in criminal offences is punishable by a maximum 12 months imprisonment.
Mrs Housler made the Anonymous posting at 8:28 PM last night. Through IP address logs and emails provided to Carenne Gate, the Anonymous comment was traced to the Carenne Support administrator.
According to Liberty Star, one of the persons named were reporting to Portland Police Station while Sgt Scott Russell was stationed there, providing further evidence of the supply of police information by Scott and Simone Russell.
As a person who commented on this blog, Mary Housler is considered the person who published the information.

Brian Carter Complaint
About a month after he was dismissed from his employment at Carenne the Infamous Brian Carter sent a complaint to the Department about Carenne.
It was 254 points and 19 pages long containing allegations against a number of Carenne Staff.Michael Auld was worried about the document being released into the Public Domain because of the Damaging Allegations contained in it.He was also worried it could be released under Freedom of Information.
Even though I was one of the people named in the Complaint ,I was given a copy of it by Peter Harvey.I still have It here and know that when I was in the KLAN that i did a pretty good job of covering up those Allegations.
The Reason for giving us the Complaint was so we could fix what Brian Carter complained about before the Investigation was carried out.That way we could just say Brian Carter was a disgruntled Ex-Employee.
I will release Parts of it over the next few days and promise it will be a nice read.
DET has an deeply entrenched culture of bullying and politicking. It's all about shafting whoever you can to get to the top.
Experience, qualifications and competence amount to nothing in the DET. Teachers with 20+ years of experience are still kept on as casual while new teachers are given permanent jobs ahead of them. Just look at Carenne - Janelle Kemp and Laurie Clifford should have never been made permanent over more capable teachers at the school.

This is nothing new for Michael Auld. He and Simone Russell went through all the staff meeting minutes from 2006 and destroyed the ones where he told us all that Electroboard were going to give the school two free interactive whiteboards. When he was asked about it by Gary Bevan from EPAC, he lied and said it never happened.
Michael leaked the internal memo about the tender process to Electroboard so that they could win the tender to supply the department with over 10,000 smartboards. They won the contract.

Lee's latest work
The Carenne Gate blog has written about how Carenne threw away a number of smartboards just recently but it doesn't know that smartboards have always been a cause of controversy at Carenne. Michael Auld was investigated by Gary Bevan after a complaint was made about him leaking information when the whiteboard tender came up. Auld denied it of course, but it did happen. It was mentioned in meeting minutes at the school which have since been destroyed.
This is why Michael hates the Carters so much, they put him in for being corrupt.
Brian Carter's version of the smartboard saga is in his EPAC statement.
I had a major concern about Mr Auld after the release of a discussion paper about Interactive Whiteboards by DET sometime around August, 2006. He told Nathan and I that he had an agreement with Trent Sydney at Electroboard to provide him with a copy of the document in exchange for two free Interactive Whiteboards.
I recall there being a disagreement between Nathan and Mr Auld about the agreement, with Nathan telling Mr Auld it was “unethical because it would give Electroboard a competitive advantage when tenders are called”.
Nathan also told Mr Mahony how he felt about the agreement.
Mr Sydney never kept his side of the agreement and as such Mr Auld and Mr Mahony had an argument as they had planned on receiving a free whiteboard and never did. Mr Mahony told Mr Auld he had cost the school around $4000.
Does Lee realise that this will count against Carenne Support now? She has now shown that staff associated with Carenne are willing to do anything to get their mates ahead.

The final nail in the coffin for Nathan Carter came towards the end of 2008 when he intervened to stop Michael connecting RDA to the school's computer network. Michael wanted to connect to the school's network as it was cheaper for RDA to get fast internet through the school and so that RDA could use the school's equipment when it needed. As with all Michael's plans for RDA this would be done at the school's expense.
Another extract from the statement to EPAC by the infamous Brian Carter:
On 4 October, 2008 Nathan and I were speaking to Jeff Peak and Michael Smith who were installing cabling for the moved demountables at the school. They told us that they had been approached by Mr Auld to run optical fibre from Class B to the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) site behind the school on 14 October, 2008 as they would be digging a trench already, making it cheaper for RDA to run their cabling. Nathan told Mr Peak that it was his view that he would not be able to run network cabling to the RDA site without approval of DET Networks. During the conversation, Mr Auld walked in and Nathan told him asked him why he had planned on running the network to the RDA site without DET approval. Mr Auld said that “Mr Mahony has already approved it”. Nathan told Mr Auld that the network could not be ran to the RDA site without DET approval. Mr Auld then claimed he had received approval from someone in Dubbo. Mr Smith then asked if he would still be allowed to run electricity from the school’s power box to the RDA site, Nathan told him that it was “outside his area of responsibility”. After the discussion, Nathan called Mr Mahony. Following this incident, I began to notice harassment towards Nathan by Mr Auld, Mrs Tattersall and Mrs Rowe.
Of course after Nathan intervened he was relentlessly bullied and harassed by Michael, Marg and Kym because he dared to act in the school's best interests and because he followed department policy.

I hope those of you claiming to take people posting on this blog to court have good legal advice because you are opening yourself up to cross-claims from the very people you claim to have victimised you. There are very few people who post on this blog that are innocent, most of the people who have posted on this blog have posted libelous comments, threats and could be seen as cyber-stalking others.
