Student dragged from bus by staff

I have received a number of reports about a nine year-old Carenne Special Student being physically dragged from a school bus yesterday. Staff allege that the student was roughly grabbed and dragged by two staff, one being teacher Nadine Dwyer and an aide (which there have been conflicting reports of just who it was). Staff claim that they were so rough that the student was screaming in pain.

The student was visibly distressed following the incident and was sent home it is believed. A number of other staff, parents and students witnessed this assault perpetrated by Carenne Special School staff and claim to have been upset by it.

I sent a email regarding this to Peter Harvey and the SMU yesterday in relation to this on behalf of the Carenne Saviours but received no reply.

I saw this and told Mr Neal. It was Dwyer and Tattersall, Churches was looking on.

SACK THE CHILD ABUSERS

the child was not assaulting another at all.

I assume then carennetruth that you were watching what was happening?

I know if ever my child comes home from school and tells me a story like this I will be in the principal's office with the police demanding the person responsible is charged.

How true are the rumours that you jam students fingers in doors to make them quiet or shake them when they are crying. Your own aide told me this carennetruth.

Lee Churches, Janelle Kemp and Margaret Rowe were all watching when this happened.

It's the same student who they called the Police on a while back because he keeps running away from school and into the park across the road. I wonder why he runs away - to escape the child abuse?

The parents should be advised of this abuse and report it to the Police with the view of having those involved charged with assault.

Those standing by and watching who failed to report this should also be held to account, last time I looked there was a duty for teachers to report child abuse.

once again you are sooooooo wrong - just reporting unchecked lies. The student involved was attacking a teacher and was escorted from the bus as he refused to wear a seatbelt - he was removed for his own safety and under the direction of his parents. He was not removed roughly at all and was certainly not screaming or hurt in anyway. It is not the same students who runs away to the park or has the police called to him -wrong again

HE was not attacking anyone, just would not wait a minute to get on bus and he was removed roughly.

Are you calling me a liar Anonymous? I saw the student being dragged from the bus and heard the screams. My son tells me this happens quite a lot there. Just like Mr Auld and Mrs Tattersall sitting on a student to restrain him.

Anonymous, I am the reporter and I do not believe I am reporting unchecked lies. I have posted evidence on Sydney Indymedia and on this blog when needed. As you would appreciate this isn't always possible.

I understand that you are responding to a comment from savecarenne, but you need to look at the difference between reporting and commenting.

Perhaps savecarenne (presuming their comment was incorrect) might not have been lying about who it was but instead mixed it up, this is quite common for people suffering from stress you see.

I have asked for clarification over this and will report back tonight or tomorrow so it is clear for everyone.

I do have a number of questions for you Anonymous if you would be so kind to answer them (that is part of the idea of this format - an open debate)
How did the parents give their direction?
Were the staff involved in removing the student appropriately trained?

The student mentioned by savecarenne was incorrect, it was another student who was allegedly assaulted.

Unlike Lee "Carennetruth" Churches I will not name students but yes, I must have been mistaken.

I have a question for 'anonymous'.

Did you actually think that by posting as anonymous would fool anyone Carennetruth/Lee?

If you want to stand half a chance try not using the same language and phrasing patterns as you normally do, some of us are very skilled at picking phrasing and language patterns as our job involves picking out fraudsters.

I was thinking the same thing missagordon but they seem to be mildly civilised posting as Anonymous so I am happy to explore matters with her.

Is this a story made up after the event to cover mandatory reporters that didn't report?

carennetruth are you a employee of DET or just some sort of a cross between a snitch and a foul mouthed lying stirrer?

Libertarian said...

It has been proven who carennetruth is, it is none other than Carenne Public's Lee Churches and she is a foul-mouthed employee of DET.

I have a question for Mrs Russell, seeing as you call the police when students are agitated or run into the park across the road, did you call the police when this student was being assaulted?

this is nothing compare to some child abuse at carenne that peter and carole know about and condon

It sounds like there are far worse problems at Carenne. This poor boy who is suing them at the moment sounds like they ruined his life.
