Serial bully, Carennetruth (known to be Lee Churches), an assistant principal has provided me with an affidavit sworn by Terry Neal in October 2008 in relation to the Carenne sex affair. She claimed that Mr Neal committed perjury by claiming the student involved in the affair remained a student at Carenne until the end of the year, despite leaving on 29 September 2003.
Miss Churches overlooked a point in the affidavit where Mr Neal claimed that the student remained a student until the end of Term 3. The affidavit does prove that Lee Churches hijacked the school executive early in 2003.
The affidavit claims that Mr Neal was the assistant principal responsible for the teacher accused of an inappropriate relationship with a student, Anna Blackburn yet early in 2003, a behaviour contract was drawn up by Lee Churches and the school principal Jock Roxborough. Mr Neal was only involved in the process when it was amended on 14 March 2003.
The affidavit indicates that Miss Churches was aware of incidents involving the student and Miss Blackburn throughout the year but never reported them as child protection matters.
Why the assistant principal responsible was excluded from the process initially is alarming and indicates that Lee Churches knew something that Mr Neal did not. It indicates the power Miss Churches had over Mr Roxborough, which has continued under successive principals.
Despite the Carenne Special School executive knowing about inappropriate contact between the student and Miss Blackburn from as early as March and continuing until at least August, the department's Child Protection Investigation Directorate did not commence investigations until October.
The CPID commenced investigations after receiving an anonymous complaint about Miss Blackburn and not due to reports by the school executive.
This is a matter of public importance when student welfare and child protection issues are covered up by the school executive.

Why didn't you put up the full statement for everybody to see?
The statement contained information about other students and staff and I didn't think it would be appropriate that's why. The allegation you made was disproven in the statement, although I do have further evidence that I am looking through at the moment.
The statement you provided showed that you knew of the issues early in the year, bypassed the appropriate person to deal with them and then didn't report them as required by law. It shows that you are an incompetent teacher/assistant principal.
Lee Churches is a snitch. She is complaining about us speaking out and she is doing the same. She is promising staff the world if the come around to her way of thinking and report to her. She's a dangerous woman who must be stopped.
The overview of all this exposes the Ministery of Education and through Verity Firth the high office of Premier and Cabinet to questions about how DET conducts the publics business. Management at Carenne Public School is certainly in damage control, hence DET choose to ignore one very busy snitch whose identity is a standing joke around the traps even among police. Politicians are clearly willing to accomadate conduct which is more than just bad politics it may even be illegal.
politicions are hoping this all go away but it to big now there are so many issue at carenne and they cant be fixed now people spend to much time lying and covering than fixing problem
It is apparent that Carenne Special School and Carenne Support have serious issues yet they continue to be protected by our elected representatives. Why is this the case?

because michael fraud is protected by gerald martin its not only him it just like when carenne support lost some funding and christine porter began saying things about the funding body and then when her negligence got student hospitaled she told the parent indy would put photos of him up and would shaft her. christine porter is dangerous woman.
When will people start exposing the illegal activity. I have only received one phone call. I have spent over four hundred days outside NSW parliament on another issue but I am able to tell you unless you get fair dinkum about these issues you are wasting your time! Sounds like Lee covered up what was happening at Carenne. I wonder why the students hate her so much.

Junior school to the Senior. When she was in the Junior school she was
responsible to Lee Churches, the Junior AP and when she moved to the Senior
she was responsible to Terry. Lee would still involve herself in things relating to
Anna for two reasons - she was the one who had the most power with Jock (as
with Terry M and Lyn) and Anna wasn't comfortable raising issues with Terry
Neal.

management plan for the student after inappropriate behaviour towards Anna.
19.3.2003 Terry Neal approached a number of staff and complained that he
couldn't believe that Lee and Jock were doing things behind his back.
11.6.2003 A group of staff spoke with Jock about the inappropriate behaviour of
David and Anna. We told Jock that there had been an allegation made by David
that he was sleeping over at Anna's and having sex with her. Jock told us that we
were being stupid.
26.6.2003 I was told that a teacher had checked on Anna at around 11PM and
saw David's ute out the front. She says she told both Jock and Lee and was told
that it was OK for this to happen.
2.7.2003 A report was made to Jock that Anna had given her phone number to a
number of students and encouraged them to call her over the forthcoming
holidays.
