Incompetent principal of the infamous and much maligned Carenne Special School, Neil Moon has once again used his weekly interview on local radio station 2BS to spin and attempt to mislead the Bathurst community.
A very nervous Neil Moon told listeners that the fundraiser on Saturday night was well attended and showed the real support that the school had amongst the community. Mr Moon had difficulty with the word community, saying it had strong "secur-security-community" support.
Mr Moon neglected to tell the community that it had 80 people at the Carenne Support Dinner Dance last year and less than 40 at the charity auction and raffles on Saturday night. This shows that the amount of support Carenne has amongst the community has plummeted.
Mr Moon said that they were still counting the money the school had received from raffles and the charity auction at the Waratah but he knew it was a significant amount. This is despite local media reporting the takings as being $5,000 (on 2BS yesterday) and $4,000 in the Western Advocate.
Carenne whistleblower savecarenne told Carenne Gate that the school has no hope while it is under the leadership of Neil Moon. "He is nothing but a pathological liar, you can't believe a word that comes out of his mouth, worse still you tell him something and he tells the world."
Nedkelly was equally as scathing - "I said that the f---wit would lie on the radio, he can't lie straight in bed, he is a liar, he is incompetent and he is a bully."

How can parents trust Neil Moon to look after their children when he can't tell the truth to save himself.
Parents can't trust Neil Moon because he will lie straight to your face. A principal needs to be someone who can be trusted, not a slimey snake.

Perhaps us parents who have given Neil Moon over a year to sort the place out should put together a petition for him to be sacked.

Neil Moon would be the worst principal Carenne has ever had. The staff are more divided and suspicious of each other than ever and are going on with more rot! Neil Moon has no control over his staff and has no idea how to lead a school which was once considered the best special school in the state.

You have to realise that the buck stops with McDairymaid in Dubbo. She organised and appointed Moon and old Mcdonald at the same time. She has staffed the schools in Western Region just for her own entertainment it seems because there are major issues in schools all over the Region under her so-called 'leadership'. She only go the Dubbo 'leadership' because she caused so many problems in Bathurst the DET was embarrassed so moved her to Orange where she continued causing further problems of an embarrassing nature for the DET who then moved her to Dubbo. Each move accompanied by MORE MONEY for her, from the taxpayer's purses. She is a despicable despot, a liar and as corrupt as they come. She also enjoys her liquor too much, and makes a fool of herself in public forums, but the DET refuses to do anything about her! Typical.

When Peter Harvey decides that the outcomes of the review haven't been met and asks for it to be looked into Neil Moon won't have a job. He hasn't met most of them and the rot is still going on!
The only way to stop the rot is to sack the troublemakers, Moon and Neal.
What looks poor for Moon is that when Terry Neal was r/principal he did a better job than Moon and Moon was a principal at Holman Place before Carenne.
