It is well known that Jeremy Russell no longer works at Carenne because of an incident involving a 14 year-old girl which he was attempting to groom for sex on the Internet website Facebook. According to sources at Carenne and Simone Russell herself, Jeremy got away with it because he was "set up".
People who read the numerous Carenne blogs would know from the Inside Carenne Blog that the profile Jeremy was using to groom this young girl remains the profile he uses to this day. Of course the Police have done nothing about it because the investigation was interfered with by corrupt policeman Scott Russell.
The department received a copy of the messages from a person claiming to be the underage girl's father, which were used to revoke his authority to be a bus escort.
Jeremy well aware of the girl's age according to these messages:

Sex Crimes Squad detectives have arrested a man following investigations by New South Wales and Queensland Police into alleged online grooming offences.
About 2pm yesterday (Wednesday 8 June), detectives attended a home at St Clair, where they arrested a 20-year-old man.
He was taken to Penrith Police Station and charged with use carriage service to procure person under 16 years of age, use carriage service to groom person under 16 years of age, and two counts of use carriage service to transmit indecent material to person under 16 years of age.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Penrith Local Court on 29 June 2011.
The arrest relates to investigations conducted by both News South Wales and Queensland Police, into the alleged online grooming offences.
Investigations were launched by Queensland Police in December 2010, in which interstate police assumed the identity of a 14-year-old girl and allegedly communicated with the man via an online social networking site.
It will be alleged the man was sexually explicit during the online communications with police. It is also alleged the man planned to travel to the Gold Coast to meet with the assumed identity for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.
The matter was referred to New South Wales Police in May 2011, where further investigations were conducted under Strike Force CEIU.
Strike Force CEIU comprises detectives from the Sex Crimes Squad’s Child Exploitation Internet Unit and was established to investigate the online sexual exploitation of children.
Sex Crimes Squad Commander Detective Superintendent John Kerlatec said, “The NSW Police Force is committed to targeting crimes relating to the exploitation of children.
“Online grooming is a borderless crime and the NSW Police Force is committed to working with interstate counterparts to target offenders,” Det Supt Kerlatec said.
