Back in December I reported that Carenne Support and Mary Housler (the company secretary) had breached federal law by failing to lodge financial statements on time, an offence carrying a six month jail sentence or $3,125 fine. Carenne Support had until 30 October to file its statements.
At the time, Mary Housler, a cadet accountant at WKH Bathurst claimed that Carenne Support wasn't required to lodge financial statements and that she wouldn't be doing so "for the likes of Brian and Nathan Carter to use against us in court and for them to be plastered all over this blog."
It would appear that the woman who aspires to be an accountant but cannot comply with company law has received some advice that this was in fact true, as on 13 January 2012 financial statements were lodged by Carenne Support with ASIC.
It's time that organisations such as Carenne Support which beg for public money are accountable for their actions and this site calls on ASIC to charge Mary Housler as a deterrence to others.
It's yet another example of the incompetence of the Carenne Support organisation and how it reacts to stories on this blog.

Why was a P-Plater doing driving a bus load of children around,isn't this against the transport laws,i thought you would have to have a full licence ?

There is no requirement to have a full licence but any organisation with any sense would make sure that they weren't allowing inexperienced and immature drivers to drive their vehicles.
The driver will be charged by Police so there is enough for you to use.

Have just spoken to the police and police have determined the accident was caused by poor road conditions and not the fault of the driver.

Thought you might want to know that this accident was deliberate as Interchange wanted there to be an accident so they get an insurance payout as they are going broke.
It was not the driver's fault the vehicle was found to be not roadworthy which caused the accident.
There not allowed to comment to the paper as it is a condition of there insurance and it could void there insurance if they made any comment.
Also Mr Irate it was not the fault of the driver it was due to poor road conditions which caused the accident.
The driver of the vehicle was found it be drug and alcohol effected.
Interchange is run by the disabled people it helps.
Our advice was that under the new reporting requirements it was optional to submit the reports. As soon as I found out this was incorrect I resolved the issue.
