The principal of the embattled Carenne Special School has been accused of further nepotism despite staunch criticism about it in the past. Carenne Gate has learned that Moon employed Doug Rowe, husband of teacher's aide Margaret Rowe as a General Assistant to help move furniture at the school.
Carenne Special School has a history of nepotism with Janelle Kemp being related to Laurie Clifford, Lyn Duncan employing her husband Steve Duncan, Anne Baskerville's partner Lee Graham being given work and Brian and Nathan Carter working at the school.
One of the Carenne whistleblowers told Carenne Gate that Neil Moon is too paranoid to employ other people. "Neil is more paranoid this year than ever, he will only employ people who will keep the secrets in the school," said the whistleblower.
It shows that despite the massive issues surrounding Carenne that Neil Moon continues with his stupidity.

Swiss care worker sexually abused 114 people: police
ZURICH (Reuters) - A 54-year-old Swiss care worker has admitted abusing 114 people, including children and disabled adults, in care homes in Switzerland and Germany over the past 29 years, Swiss police said on Tuesday.
Police arrested the care worker last April after two disabled men, living in a nursing home, told their parents that they had sex with the man, police in the canton (state) of Berne said in a statement.
The man has admitted to 114 cases of abuse and eight cases of attempted abuse, police said. Most of the victims were young men and some had severe mental and physical disabilities, police said.
"Several cases involve children, among them children of nursing home employees," police said. The youngest victim was one year old at the time of the crime, police said.
The man has worked in nine nursing homes in Switzerland and Germany since 1982.
The man had already been investigated in a case of sexual abuse of a severely mentally disabled 13-year-old girl in 2003, but the inquiry was dropped after experts had doubts about the girl's reports.
