Carenne Public School has come under the spotlight in the mainstream media following Judge Elkaim's judgment yesterday where he found that former Carenne teacher, Anna Blackburn had a sexual relationship with student David Withyman.
The judge stopped short of finding that the department and Carenne had breached their duty of care on the basis that Ms Blackburn's behaviour amounted to ''an act of such unexpected 'madness' that a reasonable person would not have taken precautions to prevent it''.

I am unable to say who I am but I am involved in Carenne Support and have knowledge of Jenny O'Neill's matters, Jenny's claims that she won her unfair dismissal are simply not true.
Jenny decided that she would settle for $3,500. If she looks at point 2 of her deed she will notice that "THE RESPONDENT DENIES THE ALLEGATIONS".
Jenny agreed that in return for $3,500 she would drop her unfair dismissal claim and release us of any liability to her. For her to now get on this blog and say she won her case is completely false and she is nothing more than a liar.
