Everyone on this site needs to go and get some legal advice.I went to one of the free legal clinics today and was told that the police are overstepping the mark and cant do anything about the blog because it isn't illegal.The solicitor i saw told me it was a civil matter and that i can be sued for defamation but there is nothing criminal about it.
The solicitor said to make a complaint to the police integrity commission about these clowns wasting resources on something that isn't illegal.They said that if they want to make genuine inquires intoallrgation of sex abuse and the other shit that goes on at carenne they already have the information to do so.They are just threatening people to cover up for Scott Russells.

I posted comment at 7.33am, my concern is the children of carenne not the klans staff, which is why I am concerned about how much control the klan actually has, over both the school and this blog. Does that make me a moron or does that make me a concerned citizen of the bathurst community. You tell me.
We need to run a site or give information to a local here in bathurst that knows the school and staff so information can be verified by someone who actually knows the staff at carenne and lives here in bathurst.

Just want the truth about site and julie and libertarian to stand up and be counted like the bathurst community. They should meet with our local community before posting articles for the klan. We all know margaret rowe alias nedkelly is a klan member and simone russell alias hatho is a klan member and they are the ones currently feeding the blog. There has been a lot of people in the bathurst community fighting for the children of carenne including yourself jenny, but what if the site was giving misleading information to keep the story ongoing. Out of all this I have not heard anything about the local community getting together and taking the fight straight to the klan.
And it does matter who julie and libertarian are as at the moment they are putting the fuel on the fire, not putting the fire out.

My one and only concern is for the children of carenne. Which is why when children are involved I am very cautious as to what everyones motives are including this site, the det, carenne school and the local police.
I am a parent myself and reading this blog over the last couple of weeks has raised a few questions about the integrity of this site. I would prefer someone standing beside me in bathurst rather than hiding behind a blog in sydney.
So I take it no one has met julie and libertarian face to face.

Why isnt mainstream media involved with the serious nature of allegations made, which it should be in the hands of not a blog site of which no one knows their motives, whats in it for carennegate ??????

Because Grant Hatch has stopped it from comming out in the main stream media he works for the DET but he can't stop people reporting to this blog and its got them stuffed ,He has stopped Ray Hadley and Chris Smith and sydney Telegraph from reporting on carenne public school but can't stop the blog ,Its the only avenue the people of bathurst and surronding areas have to bring the abuse and fraud out so far.And we are going no where till it is bought out in the main stream media.

I am proudly one of the saviours and my identity is well known to those who can be trusted. You might not be aware of it but many people who speak about what happens in the DET are bullied and harassed and even have the Police examining their every move. This questionnaire proves that the Police are more interested in those of us who are doing the right thing than those who aren't.
I have met Julie Brown, almost 12 months ago here in Bathurst. I have never met or spoken with Joel but can confirm what he says is true.
I like reading how you attack the two people who have done more for the cause than anyone else. Without this blog, most of the issues at Carenne would still be unnoticed.

Where to start, as usual people on this blog attack blindly.
My argument is I am very close to this, I have had contact with libertarian and I can tell you from personal experience he is a person who cannot be trusted and for julie have not met or dealt with her, but if you read the blog her articles are more in touch and are not supplied by klan members, julie cares I believe, I want to know what libertarians motives are.
So now does that put my comments into better perspective for you.
Isnt it amazing a couple of weeks ago people were praising me, now I have concerns about information on the blog and whos supplying it, I am now a turd. You wonder why people dont use their real names and are upset when you look at this situation at carenne and there is no end in sight.

I have my suspicions on who you may be and its one of three people. I am not about to name you, I am more than happy to voice your concerns about me on here.
I have always been a controversial figure both on Sydney Indymedia and on here. I don't mind having enemies on either side of the camp. I do the best I can and what I think is right, nothing more, nothing less. I know that some people are annoyed at that and I know that some people who formerly supported me do no longer but so be it. They still read what I have to say and contribute to the blog so there is something there.

I can confirm that the questionnaire posted here is similar to other ones I have been provided. The covering letter is the same, however the second page is in a different order.
You can tell by reading this that the police are going after those who are bringing this out in the open and not those perpetrating the abuse of these children.
