Over the weekend, the rear window of the vehicle was smashed and on Monday, Carenne Support bus coordinator Dave Graham was forced to place a plastic sheet over the window and tape it on after Mary Housler refused to confirm if the damage was covered by insurance or if Carenne Support would pay for it to be repaired.
Students were driven around in the vehicle by Mark Sealey with the rear window missing and unsealed, exposing them to deadly fumes. Under guidelines for the Special Needs Transport Service, Carenne Support may only use a vehicle which is roadworthy and must have sufficient backup vehicles to cover any issues which may arise with the normal vehicle. Carenne Support has no backup vehicles.The incident shows how Carenne Support puts profit before the safety of students.

I thought you might want to know that Bathurst Detectives on Sunday 27th of November arrested Adam Ryan in relation to the sexual assault of Ashley Elphick.
It is understood he has been charged however he has been released on bail due to the prosecution case being weak in the sense that it relies on Ashley Elphick significantly and due to her disability there is likely to be issues with her as a witnesses.
He is released on bail to appear in Bathurst Local Court on 13th of December. It is understood that the Department will only investigate if he is convicted and he will remain at Carenne until that occurs.

I am writting to inform you that the ICAC simultaneously executed search warrents on Monday 28th of November at mutiple locations in relation to its ongoing investigation into corruption in Western NSW Region.
It executed warrents at Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo offices of the DEC. All staff were requested to leave the building without being told why and the search is understood to have taken a few hours.
A warrent at Mary Housler's home as well for records of Carenne Support. Also a futher warrent was executed at the home of Geoff Salmon by ICAC as well as other agencies who have an interest in Mr Salmon bussiness affairs being ATO, ASIC, Fair Trading and AFP.

It was a speech therapy program she was delievering in a classroom setting. The teacher was there the whole time if she was teaching another teacher would not be present. The Department has already concluded that there was no teaching. Stop spreading lies.
The parents gave informed consent for a speech therapy program to be administered in a classroom setting
If she was teaching the Department would be commiting an offence under section 29 of the INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004 if she was teaching as if Careene School had her teaching she would be seen as being employed within the meaning of the ACT meaning she has to be accrediated by the INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS. The Department could face an $11,000 fine if that was the case and she is not accrediated which I suspect would be the case. I suggest that people report this situation to the NSW Institute of Teachers as I think they would be highly interested in prosecuting the Department if this is in fact the case.
The meaning of teaching is defined as follows in section 3A INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004
(1) In this Act, "teach" means to undertake duties in a school that include (but are not limited to):
(a) the direct delivery of courses of study that are designed to implement the curriculum and the responsibility for assessing student participation, performance and progress in those courses, or
(b) the direct delivery of any other course or program for primary, secondary or preschool children (being a course or program prescribed by the regulations, or of a class prescribed by the regulations, for the purposes of this definition) and the responsibility for assessing the participation, performance and progress of children in that course or program.
(2) A reference in this section to undertaking duties in a school is a reference to undertaking duties on the premises of a school in the course of providing services conducted by the school.

The ICAC have also made orders which is a standard practice that they can not disscus the matters they have given evidence on.
They have futher issued an order prohibiting them from speking to the Department.

Consequently ICAC does not want that because it would easily run into millions of dollars and the Department also dose not want that. * For there to be full CCTV at Careene of classrooms, learning spaces, staff rooms, school grounds except in toilets
* Accounts of the school to be audited weekly by an experienced forensic accountant
* For the school to cease all association with Carenne Support
* All student transport contracts with Carenne Support to be torn up
* For all employees and directors of Careene Support to be placed on the not to be employed list
* Jermey Russell has been completely exonerated by ICAC and ICAC has found Jenny O’Neal to be the abuser. ICAC want DEC to apologise to him and remove him from the Not to be employed list
* That Careene School not accept new enrolments except those already approved by regional placement panel until it has shown a change of way
* For any abuse allegations to be appropriately investigated
* The Department take action to get rid of the blog of Carenne and DET Western Region gate affair

I understand that Carenne Support is recieving funding from ADHC for her delievering these so called group speech therapy sessions to Auld's Class. It is understood that the content required by ADHC is that it is speech therapy she is delievering. I understand that ADHC have been paying Carenne Support roughly $150 per session for these supposed lessons in Auld's class.
Futhermore you should be aware that it is unlawful for Porter to be delievering speech therapy to your child without informed parental consent. For her to do so would leve her open for litigation from a parent and action being taken by Speech Pathology Australia.
She is bound by a code of ethics which says so. As a parent you have a right to refuse I suspect that would mean if it is lets say just one student they will have to take student elsewhere while this goes lesson Porter delievers goes on.
I understand that Speech Pathology Australia would like people who have issues that would like to raise about her to make a formal complaint to them so they can investigate her. Google speech pathology australia and go to the area which talks about ethics.
I understand that there is complaints process is quite good in that a panel of speech pathologists and consumer representives gets convenvend to consider the evidence against her.
Also Carenne Support is planning on expanding Christine Porter's lessons to other classes from next year. I understand that ADHC is aggreing to fund it.
Careene Support is also getting funding from ADHC to provide services to students in the support class at Kelso High. It is getting funding for providing a Christine Porter to do a few hours work there doing speech therapy. I understand that Carenne is wanting to move into other schools in Bathurst.
There is also talks going on with Western Local health District about them providing Carenne with funding. In exchange Carenne would provide services to students at Carenne in areas such as occupational therapy and speech therapy and Western Local Health District would no longer provide to students who attend Careene access to there services.
Carenne Support and Christine Porter has too be stopped lets hope the parents of the children taken out of Carenne will put a complaint in to Speech Pathology Australia about her.
