Carenne raided a month ago

The maligned Carenne Special School in Bathurst, where there have been complaints of child abuse and corruption was raided by the Independent Commission Against Corruption over the school holidays. According to sources at the local school's office and staff questioned by the ICAC, computers and documents were seized in the raid.

The raid is a slap in the face for Neil Moon and Peter Harvey who have claimed the concerns at Carenne have been fabricated by disgruntled ex-employees. Whistleblower deepthroat told Carenne Gate -
"This has been a long time coming, the KLAN has been influencing Carenne for far too long. They have done some terrible things not only to students but also to other staff including myself."

According to sources at the local school's office, Peter Harvey was asked to stand particular staff down pending investigation but refused to do so. He also asked Grant Hatch to ensure the media did not report on the raid, as it would be damaging to the school's reputation.

Carenne Gate did not report on the raid when it first learned of it, as it did not wish to jeopardise any investigation into the abuse and corruption going on at Carenne.

She will see what people think of her when all her emails to Julie Brown are published by us. She knew of various things going on and would rather hide than speak up. You aren't a savior, you are gutless.

Do you have churches like WBC in Australia? They would love this school.

Peter Harvey told me not to tell the ICAC anything.

Peter Harvey told people not to say anything of value because it can be used in criminal proceedings. It was the same as workers comp claims against the school.

There have been investigations being carried out into Child protection issues this weekend. Several students were interviewed by police detectives from Sydney and Jirt Officers from Sydney at Oberon and Bathurst Police Station.

Several staff members were called in for interviews this weekend and some have made some interesting statements to police against other staff to avoid losing there jobs or being charged with a crime.

The DET are now accepting the allegations are not vexatious as there is strong evidence supporting these allegations. The DET is at a loss as to what to do. They have though made the decision to send some workplace mediators to Careene in attempt to resolve workplace conflict. ADHC have suspended all payments to Careen Support. Several different lawyers from Sydney are representing the staff being interviewed. DET is paying for some staff’s representation as well as the public service association and teachers federation paying for legal representation for other staff.

Lee Churches was given the opportunity to make an induced statement meaning that what she said can not be used against her and has implicated Simonee Russell in concealing a serious indictable offence as well as giving evidence of further child abuse. Police are planning on attending the school this week for further investigations. Advice is continuing to be sought from the DPP regarding whether there is a reasonable prospect of conviction. Work Cover are also commencing there own inquires into Careene as they believe the activities going on there are in breach of OHS law.
