Travel Support Officer's party would make you Quiver

A concerned parent has contacted Carenne Gate alleging that the Travel Support Officer used by Cheryl Chaplin and Nathan Carter held a party where sex toys were sold and underage children were invited to. The parent claims that Railene Case held a sex party at her house for her 17 year-old daughter.

At the party, Quiver Parties hostess Kristy demonstrated some of the sex toys, with at least four underage children present. The youngest child was 14.

The parent says he reported the party to Neil Moon but it was ignored.

When someone who works with children has a sex party fir children you can be certain that they are completely unfit to work with children. Cheryl Chaplin and Nathan Carter should accept full responsibility for Case's behaviour and have her permanently banned from working. To fail to do so shows the duo have no spine.

Michael Auld's $16,000 mistake

Following the revelation that Carenne Special School has been illegally dumping rubbish at a rural tip, it has been discovered that $16,000 worth of interactive whiteboards claimed to have been damaged by Michael Auld have also been dumped at the site.

Eight smart boards have been found at the Rockley Waste Transfer Station belonging to Carenne. According to "nedkelly" these whiteboards are valued at $2,000 each.

"Michael Auld deliberately f---ed them and said Nathan Carter set them up incorrectly,"

"He's an egomaniac. He can't handle being told that everything is falling apart because of him," said nedkelly.

nedkelly claimed that she knew the boards were still under warranty but because of Michael Auld's mistake the school couldn't claim on them.

A source inside the education department claimed that Michael Auld had tried to update the board's on-board software so that they had the features of the newer boards, when this failed the boards were ruined.

"Michael Auld tried to update the software on the boards to allow the touch recognition feature, it didn't work. Only a complete idiot would do something this stupid. He first put the wrong software on and then updated more than one. The bloke is a tool,"

"It only costs around $150 to fix what he did but instead these idiots throw out $2,000 equipment. The whiteboard has a controller on the back which has been removed by Auld, he wouldn't want anyone knowing that these whiteboards are fine apart from where he stuffed them up," said the departmental source.

It provides further evidence of the complete incompetence and mismangement going on at Carenne Special School in Bathurst.

Neil Moon keeps it in the family

The principal of the embattled Carenne Special School has been accused of further nepotism despite staunch criticism about it in the past. Carenne Gate has learned that Moon employed Doug Rowe, husband of teacher's aide Margaret Rowe as a General Assistant to help move furniture at the school.

Carenne Special School has a history of nepotism with Janelle Kemp being related to Laurie Clifford, Lyn Duncan employing her husband Steve Duncan, Anne Baskerville's partner Lee Graham being given work and Brian and Nathan Carter working at the school.

One of the Carenne whistleblowers told Carenne Gate that Neil Moon is too paranoid to employ other people. "Neil is more paranoid this year than ever, he will only employ people who will keep the secrets in the school," said the whistleblower.

It shows that despite the massive issues surrounding Carenne that Neil Moon continues with his stupidity.

"Nathan Carter has to go": Michael Auld

After weeks of comments on this blog stating that Michael Auld should have also been charged under whistleblower protection laws, former Carenne Klansman turned whistleblower "nedkelly" has provided evidence that Mr Auld had conspired to have Nathan Carter relocated from Carenne.

Supporting this, nedkelly claims that she has an audio recording of a conversation she had with Mr Auld in May 2009. The relevant part of her transcript appears below:

Ned Kelly: "How are the complaints about you going?"
Michael Auld: "Good. I think Gary Bevan bought my story about the whole thing. It doesn't matter anyway, I know who it was that put me in"
NK: "Really, who?"
MA: "Nathan Carter"
NK: "But I thought you two were pretty close"
MA: "Yeah well since the beginning of last year he changed"
NK: "What are you going to do about the cunt?"
MA: "I am going to make sure he pays for what he has done, he has to go"
NK: "Mmmmmm"
MA: "I have something up my sleeve"
NK: "If I can do anything to help get rid of that little cunt let me know"
MA: "Put it this way, I am going to make sure that he knows that I know it was him that put me into the ICAC. I will do whatever I can to make his life difficult here."

Nedkelly claims that following this conversation that she was asked by Mr Auld to make complaints about Mr Carter to the principal which were false. She also says that she would hide CDs and other materials that he needed to do his job to try and make him look foolish.

Nedkelly said "Michael and Lee's plan was to make sure that he would leave so that they didn't look bad. They just wanted him to walk."

Nedkelly claims that Michael Auld, along with other staff made work difficult at Carenne for Mr Carter.

Three senior Carenne Special School staff charged and mentioned in court

Today, three senior staff of Carenne Special School - Neil Moon (Principal), Lee Churches (Assistant Principal) and Terry Neal (Assistant Principal) had criminal charges mentioned before the Bathurst Local Court. A Carenne Gate reporter was on hand as the matter was mentioned.

The trio are charged with taking detrimental action against a whistleblower under whistleblower protection legislation and were bought to court by a private prosecutor, Nathan Carter. Mr Carter's solicitor Tim Cain told the court that the Director of Public Prosecutions has been approached to take over the prosecutions.

The three defendants, none of which appeared in court were represented by Shane Cunningham. Mr Cunningham told the court that they have applied for representation by the Crown Solicitor's Office.

Magistrate Jan Stevenson told the court that she had never heard a matter like this before and was unsure on whether the local court is the correct jurisdiction for it. Magistrate Stevenson said as some matters were referred to the Independent Commission Against Corruption there may be issues as the local court can not see documents from the commission.

The matter has been adjourned until 10 May 2010.

Carenne Special School teacher accused of making threats against whistleblower

A teacher of Carenne Special School who has been accused of involvement in the Carenne Gate Affair has been accused of making threats against whistle blower Brian Carter and his son Nathan by the Carenne Saviours.

The Carenne Saviours claim that Mr Auld believes the Carter family are responsible for complaints about corruption, child abuse and malfeasance at Carenne Special School involving himself and a number of other staff, which have become known as the "klan".

The saviours claim that Mr Auld has been trying to have Nathan Carter dismissed from the Department of Education and Training since the beginning of 2009 and has made a number of complaints about him. They also claim he has attempted to implicate Mr Carter and other people whom he has named as "snitches" in confidentiality breaches.

Following claims on Sydney Indymedia that Nathan Carter could be returning to Carenne Special School, Mr Auld made a threat that should he return to Carenne he would assault him. This threat was made in front of a number of Carenne Special School staff and was made known to the school principal, Terry Neal by a number of people.

Following the second Bathurst protest on 11 December 2009 and the unveiling of the Carenne Gate truck, the saviours have said that Mr Auld has threatened that he will assault the Carter family because that is the "only way that it will shut them up".
