A teacher of Carenne Special School who has been accused of involvement in the Carenne Gate Affair has been accused of making threats against whistle blower Brian Carter and his son Nathan by the Carenne Saviours.
The Carenne Saviours claim that Mr Auld believes the Carter family are responsible for complaints about corruption, child abuse and malfeasance at Carenne Special School involving himself and a number of other staff, which have become known as the "klan".
The saviours claim that Mr Auld has been trying to have Nathan Carter dismissed from the Department of Education and Training since the beginning of 2009 and has made a number of complaints about him. They also claim he has attempted to implicate Mr Carter and other people whom he has named as "snitches" in confidentiality breaches.
Following claims on Sydney Indymedia that Nathan Carter could be returning to Carenne Special School, Mr Auld made a threat that should he return to Carenne he would assault him. This threat was made in front of a number of Carenne Special School staff and was made known to the school principal, Terry Neal by a number of people.
Following the second Bathurst protest on 11 December 2009 and the unveiling of the Carenne Gate truck, the saviours have said that Mr Auld has threatened that he will assault the Carter family because that is the "only way that it will shut them up".

Michael Fraud threatened to attack Nathan because he knew it was the only way to stop him returning to Carenne. He bragged about how smart he was for doing it.
Peter Harvey knows about it too.
It is concerning that someone as volatile as Michael Auld who has a tantrum when he is exposed by Julie and threatens people can still teach disabled kids.
I have seen him get angry with a student and sit on them. The parents didn't know about this.
Then there is the claim that he made two students fight "to get it out of their system"
This is not a claim staff witness this happening,Fancy letting two disable students do this that says a lot for michael fraud brians he got none.
Seeing as it is a complete waste of time making enquiries with the SMU over this, I will write a open letter here on the Carenne Gate blog.

For months now we have been following the claims of corruption, bullying and child abuse at Carenne Public School in Bathurst. Despite complaints by a number of people to the NSW DET Serious Misconduct Unit nothing has been done.
I have read with interest the allegations against the group of staff at Carenne, now referred to as the Klan which involves serious child abuse claims, embezzlement and cover-ups. A number of people who have been implicated in what has been coined the Carenne Gate affair have began threatening those who complain about them. It seems that intimidation and threats are par for the course at Carenne.
The SMU has been provided with evidence demonstrating who carennetruth is (a foul-mouthed assistant principal at Carenne who leaked personal and medical information about parents and students on Sydney Indymedia) yet nothing is done.
It is now alleged that Michael Auld has been threatening people in order to stop someone returning to work at Carenne. This is allegedly known to the relieving principal and most likely to your unit. What is being done about a teacher threatening a colleague? Are you even bothering to look into allegations that he is involved in the siphoning of money to other organisations, that he lobbied the government to provide school land to an organisation he is involved in, that he sat on a student to restrain him and that he encouraged two students to fight.
I suppose because the Klan aren't "snitches" they are protected by the SMU aren't they. The education department, and the wider Labor NSW government have a history of persecuting anyone who dares to speak the truth about what really happens.
The department of education could be seen as responsible for these threats as there is such a thing as vicarious liability.

Michael Fraud is a teacher how does he get away with breaking all the det laws.Who is protecting him.

With the allegations that DET officials know about the threats Michael Auld has made, what exactly is being done?
In this case it sounds like the victim is being punished while the bully is getting away with it.
Michael doesn't stalk people and is a trusted member of the Bathurst community not some snitch like the bastards on this website.

This was the funniest thing Michael ever did. It showed him to the few of us at Carenne to be a complete and utter fraud. He said he was the one who kept the computer system running the way it was yet as soon as he got rid of Nathan it all fell to pieces. He has no idea what he is doing besides breaking into other people's files.
Yet another one protected by Carole McDiarmid and Peter Harvey. Go around and make threats against other staff, it's OK as long as you are in the Klan.

If your thumbdrive goes missing at Carenne or disappears and magically reappears Michael Fraud has it, he often goes through peoples thumb drives for documents and emails.
michael auld has bought copy of email and document to me at home about things before saying he can access anything he want that anyone does at carenne. i have the latest one i was going to email smu and tell them but there is no point bevan and marley protect auld

The klan are scared of this site and Sydney Indymedia. They have told parents on more than one occasion that they shouldn't read the sites because the police are monitoring who does.

michael auld shared things at end of last year which he shouldnt have he shouldnt have a job he can not be trusted. he get into other peoples things and then share it round, like he did to lee, simone, cristine and terry.

Perhaps he can tell us when he is going to fix or get things fixed like he has promised instead of passing the buck. There are problems all over the school and our 'computer co-ordinator' keeps ignoring them. You were there yesterday afternoon supposed to be working on this but all you did was hang around the office pestering Simone!

I want to be able to burn CD/DVDs and use my portable drive and I can't and Auld won't fix it but wants it so that staff can access the schools files at home.
