Assistant Principal Ros Luther leaks school information

Carenne Special School's incompetent assistant principal, Ros Luther has once again attempted to provide information to this blog to further her own Agenda. Luther, who has a history of leaking confidential information, encouraging students to look at pornography, neglect of students and torture contacted Carenne Gate to inform us of allegations made against her by Cheryl Chaplin.

In her email, Luther details an incident at the school on Monday involving a student being left behind and the response by the driver and a complaint made about her by the bus driver.

It shows how Ros Luther will side with whoever she can to gain an advantage. It's time this evil woman is sacked.

Neil Moon told staff about investigation: nedkelly

Turncoat Carenne whistleblower, nedkelly has once again exposed the KLAN mentality existing among staff at Carenne Special School by revealing to Carenne Gate that she was told by Neil Moon this afternoon of an investigation into a bus driver.

Nedkelly alleges that Neil Moon told her that an investigation was being carried out by EPAC to determine if fraud had been committed by the driver. Nedkelly says that Neil Moon told staff that it was because of the 'vigilance' of the school's office staff that the fraud had been detected as they noticed that she had declared that she worked on days that she had other people who were unauthorised work for her.

Moon then told staff that if they could remember any issues with the driver to let him know as he was putting together a file on her for EPAC.

Nedkelly said:

"I couldn't believe the c---, standing there telling us all that she was under investigation and what for. He had a smug fucking look on his face like he was happy about it. He laughed when he said that she was being investigated by EPAC."

The incident shows that Neil Moon does not have the integrity to be principal and that he will happily give out information to his staff when it suits him that he should keep confidential.

Auld under investigation

Michael Auld, the Labor party stooge who is no stranger to being in hot water is once again being investigated by the department's EPAC branch according to senior document officials.

The officials claim to have received reports from Auld's former aide Melinda Gavin that he has leaked confidential school information, misappropriated school funds and property, sexually harassed staff and assaulted students.

Gavin gave an interview to EPAC officers at the beginning of term claiming that -

• Auld had accessed confidential information on school computers in 2009 and 2010 and had leaked it,
• Auld planted evidence on staff computers to implicate staff,
• Destroyed documents implicating Lee Churches, Margaret Rowe, Simone Russell and himself,
  
• Diverted funds to RDA,
• Stolen school property,
• Had inappropriate conversations of a sexual nature with make students,
• Gave students pornography,
• Showed pornography in class,
• Inappropriately touched female students,
• Made unwanted sexual advanced towards her, including exposing himself

These allegations come as no surprise given Auld's bizarre behavior. Auld's conduct places students at serious risk of harm. Despite being covered up by the school, Mr Auld had a checkered history with the department, having a number of issues recorded on his file for misconduct.

Another organisation for disabled children in Bathurst is a farce

My contact with Melinda Phillips who runs the Interchange respite service in Bathurst has discovered it to be another farce which believes it is above the law and do what it likes in a similar vain to Carenne Special School in Bathurst. Just like Carenne, there have been allegations of information leaks and of a sexual relationship between a worker and client.

A whistleblower employed at Interchange contacted Carenne Gate to report some of the goings on at the service which I attempted to discuss with Ms Phillips who refused to respond. According to staff at Carenne she did however contact Neil Moon at Carenne saying that she had been contacted by Carenne Gate.

It has been alleged that Samantha Durham at Interchange has been publicly releasing information about clients, some of which has ended up on this blog. This same person was also reported to have been in a sexual relationship with a client to the knowledge of Ms Phillips and other staff at the service. Only a single whistleblower made a proper report to the NSW Ombudsman about her conduct.

Yet another organisation dealing with vulnerable children associated with Carenne has shown itself to be inept and needing a serious overhaul.

Claims of leaks being plugged fabricated

Continued claims by Carenne Special School principal Neil Moon and Bathurst Schools Director that leaks at Carenne have been plugged are a complete fabrication and are intended to mislead parents, staff and investigators about this blog and other information being leaked from the school.

Carenne Gate can reveal that despite claims that documents held at the school are secure, it continues to receive leaked documents on an almost daily basis.

Most recently, Carenne Gate received a copy of an email leaked to it by 'hatho' where Bev Masters advised Neil Moon that she was transferring to Bathurst High School. According to the Carenne Saviours, Michael Auld bandied a copy of the email around the school, handing it to a number of staff and saying "we got rid of her."

Other emails of a personal nature, legal communications and information about school finance has been accessed by Mr Auld and given to a number of staff.

Despite continued claims by Mr Harvey and Mr Moon that information at the school is secure, this is clearly false. Mr Harvey and Mr Moon have also misled parents and investigators by claiming that this blog contains no truth and its sole contributors are disgruntled ex-employees and parents.

Carenne staff directed not to contribute to this blog

In a letter given to Carenne Special School staff last week, Bathurst's School Education Director, Peter Harvey directed that all DET staff are not to contribute to this blog or any form of electronic media.

The letter alleges that a large volume of material has been posted to this blog about individual staff, students and parents of Carenne School with some of it being distorted or misconceived. This would indicate that the department believes a lot of this blog's contents to be true.

In the letter, Mr Harvey addressed concerns staff have publicly aired about being left to fight for themselves by the department, claiming the meeting on the 19th of July where Patrick Quinn told Carenne staff that the leaks were coming from inside the school, despite protests from Margaret Rowe and claims by Janelle Kemp that parents were responsible for the leaks.

Mr Harvey told staff in his letter that this blog is not the appropriate venue to make complaints, despite claims by the Carenne Saviours that their complaints to the principal and even Mr Harvey himself had been largely ignored.

Jake Rosenberg provides report showing condition of shafted Carenne employee

Following yesterday's revelation that staff in the department's Bathurst District Office had corruptly interfered in the worker's compensation claims of department employees, Jake Rosenberg has provided a copy of an incident report she was given by Michael Auld to take to Prue Luffman.

Rosenberg claims she was also given an email which was previously posted on this blog which Mr Auld asked her to take to Mrs Luffman because it would show she was subject to complaints and it would force her to drop her complaints against Carenne.

Rosenberg claims the incident report proves the condition that Mrs Luffman was in due to constant bullying and harassment by Carenne employees. She claims that Mr Auld provided her with a plethora of documentation which Mr Auld had asked for her to deliver to Mrs Luffman in an effort to have her drop her worker's compensation claim.
