The organisation at the centre of the Carenne Gate Affair, Carenne Support has been rewarded with another bus run despite the plethora of issues surrounding the organisation in a shock to parents, staff and others alike.
It has been reported that Carenne Support has been given a run to Kelso for students attending Carenne, despite the well evidenced allegation that Carenne Support was ripping off the SNTS, using buses it misled the community to obtain, its officers getting physical with whistleblowers, defaming whistleblowers, dishonest employment practices, breaches of confidentiality, neglect of students, using unroadworthy buses, refusing to transport students and defrauding the RTA.
With these issues, nobody would reward Carenne Support. What it shows is that the SNTS is flawed and the allocation process is corrupt.
Funny, Carenne Support is using all three buses when they are required to have relief vehicles. A hire bus is not a relief vehicle but of course we know nothing will happen to them don't we!

Carenne Support have tried to do something about the issues. Unfortunately some of those involved are still in Carenne Support and we can't just throw them out.
ReplyDeleteWe have bought in new people like Cathy Bird (Director) and Mary Housler (Bookkeeper) who know what they are doing while making sure we are doing the right thing.
As soon as we knew we couldn't have Christine as a director we had her step down even though she was dead against it. With all the problems with the therapy program she has taken a back seat focusing on speech therapy instead of her old role which she was very poor at.

ReplyDeleteIsnt it amazing I was turned against cheryl a person I have never met because I was told there were police officers in her family and they had access to my records, I look at it now and with whats going on with the bus runs this was a ploy to get rid of cheryl and to cover up for scott.
As I was shown the questionaire that was handed in and told it was cheryl's and they still have another which I was told about but not shown.
