The corrupt organisation at the core of the Carenne Gate Affair, Carenne Support Limited has made a parent drive 120 Km return in order to pick up her son after driver Dave Graham said he wouldn't transport the student if he was the same in the afternoon.
After spending most of the day locked in Ros Luther's storeroom known as the "torture room", the student was highly agitated by the afternoon so Mrs Luther called his parents and demanded that they take him home because the bus driver refused to transport him.
Parents have a right to know how many students are being locked in this torture room and for how long. It is despicable for Carenne to terrorise a student in this way and then claim it is too hard to deal with the student and demand that his parents pick him up instead of being transported by the organisation paid to do it.

At Bathurst West P.S., Kim Hill (nee Cook) had a perspex window put into a teacher's storeroom door and stripped everything out of said storeroom to use it as a "lockup" for a student with severe sensory integration problems! This particularly obnoxious little girl had no qualifications, no experience, no maturity, no nothing yet she was permitted to lock this child up for hours at a time simply because she had no idea what she was doing. Michelle Gallop simply drags the child outside and locks them out then when they 'escape' and get on the roof or leave the school she calls the Police and blames the child and parents! She also has NO qualifications, experience, interest, maturity, ability or anything else BUT she does have a Policeman husband! Therein lies the rub!

Nothing was done, the student was a young boy and trouble escalated around him and has probably damaged him for the rest of his life. This Cook/Hill character lied to the interview panel and because she came from Lithgow she just got the job. She proceeded to tell everyone she was a Special Ed expert! When parental complaints escalated against her, she took 'stress' leave - no problems of course because she was in the 'in' crowd, and then came back for a few hours so she could get FULL maternity leave (by that time she'd got herself pregnant). She returned to the school very briefly and for only a day or two a week but was pregnant again so is off on more FULL maternity leave. Mackay was ROBBED of Worker's Comp leave after Toni MacDonald deliberately exposed her to toxic paint fumes leading to life threatening Asthma. MacDonald told GIO's Adam Buoro NOT to pay the weekly amounts so he didn't. This was only revealed months later and still has not been rectified! Not who you are or how clever you are or how dedicated, or how educated, or how worthy you are to teach but WHO YOU KNOW. That is all that matters in this region and it stinks. It is absolutely and totally CORRUPT criminal cronyism, FUELED by deceit, lies, defamation, slander and greed, greed, and more greed for money. Money is NOT the root of all evil, LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil and there you have it in a nutshell. Christine Porter should face criminal charges for her fraud, deception and corruption of ADHC. Carenne Support was paid to provide therapy services to a number of students and those students didn't receive it, but Carenne Support still received the payments for it.

Christine and I had many talks about her presenting herself as the Carenne School therapist. This is why it has been so easy for Brian Carter and others to drag the school into their cases because people like Christine make it look as though we are one.

Christine is a qualified speech therapist but there are problems with her other activities. She was told that she could not be the therapy co-ordinator after the problems with ADHC and her doing OT and PT on students when she isn't qualified.
Christine isn't employed by DET, she is employed by Carenne Support. She often presents herself as someone who works at Carenne but she does not work for the school.
We were told by DET that there was no such person with these skills in the entire western region. I would have preferred someone who was a trained teacher to work with us but we were told there was no such person.

That was over TEN LONG YEARS ago and during that time ORANGE made TWO speech/language itinerant positions which Mackay had no knowledge about at the time. These were filled by totally unqualified, inexperienced, inapppropriate, crony's who could not make any sort of difference if they tried while Mackay was forced to inhabit a 'cupboard' space and told NOT to do anything about speech and language but just to HEAR CHILDREN READ!
Bronwyn Mackay has worked at Anson St SSP and SSP's up on the NOrth Coast where she is held in very high esteem. She is multi-degreed in Special Ed (Emotional, Behavioural, Visual, Auditory, IM, IO, IS, Physical, ESL, Literacy learning, Learning difficulties), Infant method teaching, Art and Music. She was hated from day one through infantile jealousy and insecurity and McDiarmid determined to be rid of her and actually caused her dismissal twice (called medical retirement) bogus illegal Healthquest actions which Mackay had medico-legally overturned using her own expertise in language and typing skills plus her knowledge of the law of this country and of the world. The persecution did not stop culminating in Macdonald calling the Police ILLEGALLY and with NO GROUNDS to remove her from the school. Bronwyn Mackay is the only one who could make a difference for children experiencing learning difficulties and children with speech and language difficulties/disorders/delays but these children have been deliberately deprived of this FREE expertise and assistance by DET WESTERN REGION.

All Bronwyn Mackay ever wanted was to make a difference in the lives of children with difficulties, delays and disorders which is why she continued engaging in Post Graduate studies in order to be at the cutting edge of the latest findings based on empirical research, not some kingdom builders bid for fame. Every single child she ever worked with made progress in leaps and bounds in every facet of their little lives and for this she was ostracized and hated by the 'women' in this area. Slander and defamation to parents and citizens of Bathurst is well documented and will be used in a court of law however those children have missed out on the opportunity to learn and grow under an expert in the field of Special Education and a most talented, artistic, musical teacher has been sacked wrongfully.
Thank you for your support and your 'tears' for the children because they deserve them truly. Tears won't give them back those precious years and all the progress they could have made in their lives though will it?
