One of the bus operators and drivers at Carenne Special School identified on this blog as being corrupt and making special arrangements for Carenne Support director Geoff Salmon has been reported as breaching departmental guidelines by allowing an unapproved person to travel in his bus.
A parent with a child on Mr Spears' bus raised the alarm after observing the adult traveling in the front of the bus on Friday. Inquiries by Carenne Gate revealed that Mr Spears had in fact had an unapproved adult in the vehicle while children were on board.
According to DET Snitch, DET regulations require that transport operators only transport persons approved by the department. "These include students and travel support but nobody else," said the whistleblower.
It appears as though Mr Spears has once again broken departmental guidelines which he obviously has no regard for.

There have been numerous complaints about you Peter. Do you remember Lyn Duncan inspecting your bus? Brian Carter made a complaint to Wollongong after he was sacked claiming your bus was unroadworthy.
Carenne Support has been interested in that run for sometime and we are well aware of issues with both you and June.
You like to go to children's houses after work and go on with rot and you were in a sexual relationship with one of the parents on the bus.
There have been complaints about June assaulting students as well so I doubt you will get anything.

The issue with the P&C is that it has largely been hidden from parents so that people such as Janelle and Simone can stay in control. I hear that they have recently found out that there is a 3 term maximum for positions on the committee and that there needs to be a certain number of people present at meetings.

We had a similar situation at Carenne. Simone Russell had none of the qualifications that a SAM would but she got the job over better qualified and experienced candidates because she was someone who could be easily manipulated.
Simone Russell is not an intelligent woman and is quite easy to feed with rot. She has also been useful to our campaigns in the past with her access to police information or believed access. She was useful in poisoning people against Brian Carter, making claims that Scott told her this and told her that.

Well, Mcdonald has 'appointed' a totally unqualified, inexperienced, unsuitable classroom teacher as librarian for Bathurst west. Now there were about 100 applications for the position and many of those trained librarian teachers, but not one of them was as suitable as the abovenamed! This so called merit selection has been the open sesame for all corruption and incestuous cronyism in education. No decent teacher stands a chance of getting a position and actually making a difference with Principals of this low calibre and 'schoolyard bully' demeanour and behaviour. She has an executive who are all sycophantic bullies and wonders why there is so much bullying going on in the playground and school - DUH! Kids do what they see NOT what you say to do.

Yes they have been on the committee longer than 3 years and the only meeting I know of that had the correct number of people was the one held late last year.
Two of the new officers have been decided one will be Michelle Frank and the other Maribel Bradbury because both are parents known to unconditionally support Carenne and who can be manipulated.
Michelle is a friend and supporter of Michael Auld's and Maribel loves Baskerville.

There are many parallels at Carenne. For years we had only a library technician and no teacher librarian but after it was discovered that Anne Huges was friends with Brian Carter we found the money for a teacher librarian. We hoped that she would leave but the plan backfired and she didn't.
Then after Louise Smith was injured she was put in the library as the teacher librarian last year, hoping that we could push Anne towards the office and blame her for the leaks so we could have her sacked.
MERIT selection at Carenne has long been tampered with. Most positions are pre-planned with the MERIT selection process being a formality. I got caught out in 2009 when I told people that Janelle Kemp would get the job because Lyn Duncan and I had already decided we would give the new permanent teaching position to her. The panel was a formality.
We found out that Jake Rosenberg was the person who complained about it and made it our business to find out who that was so we could make their life hell. This included Christine hiring a hacker to hack Rosenberg's email. Of course when asked about this by investigators she denied it but I still have the emails about it.
Bullying is a problem among staff at Carenne and something the review commented on but is yet to be addressed because Neil Moon is useless!

Mackay was accused of assaulting a little girl that she'd taught to 'speak' because the kid started school with no language to communicate. The kid's mother had assaulted Anne Coomans in 2007 and was ordered off the place and had an enclosed lands act order made against her and she did it again with Emma Pearce in 2008 and the same protection was made for her as well as both teachers being comforted and helped and sent home after the attacks and etc. At Easter time in 2009, this same parent viciously assaulted Mackay and screamed at infants students hurling abuse and lies all around. Mackay reported the assault but was ignored as though nothing had happened, then questioned about her mental state by Mcdonald later on in the day! Bit late for that. Then Mcdonald wrote a report to EPAC saying Mackay has attacked the child of this "known-to-police" parent (for her aggression and assults). That was proven to have no grounds but Mackay had to fight her way through all the shit that happened around that and she never should have, not ever.
That abusive parent was Mcdonald's BEST FRIEND for months afterwards having coffee and biscuits in her office every morning!
