One of the corrupt Capebase bus drivers, Steve Minshull who has come under fire on this blog for his driving and management of students has been observed smoking a cigarette in a bus used to transport students to and from the Carenne Special School.
A parent observed Mr Minshull driving his bus on the Great Western Highway towards Kelso while smoking a cigarette. "There were no kids in the bus at the time but how do we know if he does or doesn't do it with kids in there?" asked the parent.
"Even if there aren't kids in there while he is smoking it still gets into everything and this bus has asthmatic kids on it, what happens if it triggers an asthma attack?"
DET Snitch told Carenne Gate that it was against department policy to smoke in any DET vehicle or those used to transport students. "We disallow it for the very reason that the smoke can linger as can the smell from it," said DET Snitch.
It once again shows that Mr Minshull cares nothing for the health and wellbeing of students in his care and that he is an unsuitable person to be driving a vehicle used under the Special Needs Transport Service.

What do you expect from the likes of Jenny O'Neill. This is a woman who was sacked because she could not follow instructions to stay off the blog, fed students junk food on the bus and was talking to parents and students about other people's business and hassling them outside of work hours.

,To start with why don't you use your correct name to post lies about me Jenny O'Neill,I had written permission letters from the parents of the students that received afternoon tea on the bus between Bathurst, Cullen Bullen and Lithgow ,Christine Porter took copy's of these permission notes and filed them at Carenne public School ,But no doubt they would have dissappeared by now,Not to worry because i have the original copys here.I did not hassle any parents i contacted them for character references after Christine Porter told me at a meeting at 9:30 AM 1.4.2010 that she called by EMAIL on the 31.3.2010 a Email i which i read on the morning of 1.4.2010 at 4:30 AM when i got up to go to work ,Luckly my escort was willing to come to the meeting on short notice to be my witness on the 1.4.2010 the day school finished for the easter holidays.Christine Porter told me that i have to apply for the bus drivers job again that she told me was offered to Richard Webster which i have a witness to verify this, also a letter from Richard Webster verifying that he was offerd the lithgow bus run, which I have the original copy here, When i ask her why the bus job wasn't offered to me ,Seeing that i already do it and do it perfectly,Christine Porter said "DON"T SHOOT ME JENNY I AM ONLY THE MESSENGER".
