The Department of Education and Training's Employee Performance and Conduct Directorate (EPAC) which investigates allegations against employees has once again passed the buck on a complaint about Simone Russell, who posts on this blog as "hatho".
Carenne Gate is well aware of the identity of "hatho", through both her emails to our bloggers and her postings on this blog. Several of her friends have provided Carenne Gate with the IP address embedded in emails from her sjrussell42@bigpond.com address.
Malcolm Barnett, an investigator at EPAC was contacted about vulgar and racist remarks made by Simone Russell on Sunday as well as her refusal to work with a woman of African heritage due to the colour of her skin but instead claimed that Russell was not "clearly identifiable" and that racist conduct should be reported to Neil Moon or Peter Harvey.
This is despite racism being prohibited by both anti-discrimination laws in NSW and the department's code of conduct. Breaches of the code of conduct should be investigated by EPAC.

Not one parent who has been identified as having their child abused or molested at Carenne has been contacted by EPAC or JIRT. What a fucking joke.

The families of children sexually abused should be contacted by EPAC not the children as it is against the law for ANYONE to talk to a child without parental permission and parental presence throughout. EPAC have contacted children as young as 6 years of age to question them on the phone and one 14 year old almost had a nervous breakdown over lying accusations hurled at him over the telephone by an EPAC investigator. The investigators are nothing more than clerks at desks doing menial office work until assigned something to investigate which means just try and find out something but do whatever the Principal involved wants you to do. An officer at EPAC asked Mcdonald what SHE wanted EPAC to do about Bronwyn Mackay to which she replied, "Sack her, and put her name on the list of NEVER TO BE EMPLOYED" which they obediently did. This occurred after Macdonald made filthy lying allegations and deceitful reports to EPAC - none having an iota of truth about them, in efforts to break Mackay. EPAC IGNORED the truth when it was presented in bucketloads with PROOF by Mackay. They are a pack of gobshytes!

A "wicked terrible woman" who sexually abused six boys at the NSW school where she worked has been jailed for at least five years.
In sentencing the 42-year-old on Thursday in the NSW District Court, Judge Anthony Garling said the immature and naive boys were in "no position to deal with this predatory behaviour".
The judge earlier this week lifted a non-publication order on naming Cassandra Leigh Johnson who was found guilty in December of 21 sex offences involving boys aged 11 and 12.
The 2009 offences included 18 counts of sexual intercourse, involving fellatio and penile-vaginal penetration.
Judge Garling said he did not take Johnson's gender into account in sentencing, adding he would have sentenced a male offender to the same term.
He referred to a victim impact statement by the mother of one of the victims describing Johnson as a "wicked terrible woman" who was being paid in her job as she was carrying out her sexual offending.
The judge set an eight-year maximum term.

Parents are still waiting for Neil Moon to explain how a man who was charged with a very serious driving offence could be allowed to continue driving students home.

Michael Auld should be immediately sacked. Michael Auld's corrupt Labor friends are responsible for the problems at Carenne and have been dragged into it by the ALP member himself.
Michael Auld used his position in the Labor party to influence the government on matters relating to Carenne. He is to blame for much of the problems at Carenne.
