A further allegation of how Carenne Support is rorting the Special Needs Transport Scheme has been revealed, again involving former Carenne Special School principal Terry Mahony.
Independent investigations have revealed that a large number of students on Carenne Support's smaller bus run are not eligible for transport under the SNTS. One of the conditions for the Department of Education and Training to approve travel under the SNTS is that there must be a demonstrated inability for a parent or carer to provide transport either fully or in part.
Questionable transport arrangements were first revealed on this blog in February when it was revealed that Carenne teacher, Janelle Kemp had been granted SNTS transport for her son who attends Carenne despite a parent being unable to do so.
It is alleged that Terry Mahony would write letters for parents to submit to the education department explaining why they can not provide transport. Mr Mahony would then recommend that students be allocated to one of Carenne Support's run.
It demonstrates yet another serious breach of guidelines and another carefully planned rort by Carenne Support.

Lucy isn't what I would call a volunteer. She used to bludge money from Barbara, she steals from the school and she is number 1 on Moon's casual list. She will only work in classes where she can sit on her fat arse and do nothing or run about and snitch on everyone.
If carenne support is as bad as you say how come it still gets support from the community. Carenne support is still getting donations from community groups and they tell us they think this is all just rot.
Are those who support Carenne Special School with their donations and hard work, the wider community the Variety Club who are not being informed of local news by the Western Advocate. Are they attending the local court on the days when executive employees are listed to appear? How many people even know that Lee Churches, Terry Neil and Neil Moon and the fish are up on charges, I bet the general public don’t know much about the shit hidden by the behind that facade of quiet respectability put up by the KLAN.

Everyone presenting "LEE CHURCHES" Deputy Principal of The Carenne School Junior section Speaks delightfully doesn't she.
I have a child going to carenne and to hear the deputy and read what the deputy has said is very disappointing and how does she keep her job and no wonder,your bending over and taking it up the behind or they do what they can to get rid of you. I am now in support of carenne gate, lets clean the school up and put the kids first the way it should be.

I am appalled that it has gone on as long as it has. It appears as soon as there is an issue at Carenne, Lee Churches is involved somehow yet she continues to be protected. It's a disgrace.
This is a woman who is on a very serious criminal charge who could end up behind bars for it and she is still in a position of power. It just isn't right!

Lee Churches And Michael Auld have run this school into this Disgraceful mess. Lee churches is being protected by DET till Withyman court case is over they need her to lie for them.
Lee Churches knew about Withyman and did nothing. She is trying to blame Terry Neal but Anna wasn't comfortable talking to him so she went to her former AP Lee. Lee was also told about serious concerns by another staff member and did nothing. In fact, Jock and Lee encouraged the whole relationship because David had settled down at school since it started.
