Bathurst residents have informed Carenne Gate bloggers that the Western Advocate, a newspaper renowned for its preferential treatment of the notorious Carenne Special School published an almost hidden article about Verity Firth's ministerial visit to Carenne.
The article, at page 12 of the paper taking up a tiny corner (the birthday party on the same page received more coverage) had a photograph of the minister with Labor MP Gerard Martin and Carenne principal Neil Moon. The article said that Firth was visiting the school to inspect the new facilities the government had paid for.
The usual spiel about how great Carenne and its staff are was missing from the article causing many to question whether or not Verity was still a staunch supporter of Carenne Special School.

I had to laugh at how Lee was raving on about how the visit by Firth and Paul Kelly would raise the school's profile and its plummeting support but even the Carenne Bible couldn't bother writing a story about how great they are. Shows just what people think of the place.
Everyone wants to distance themselves from Carenne, even staff like me. It is a cunt of a school. It has gone from the best SSP in NSW to the worst in such a short amount of time.
Anyone with any brains knows that the shit is about to hit the fan, Jenny O'Neill will destroy Carenne with what she knows. Just hope she doesn't join with Brian Carter.
We have to hope everyone with information about the alledged frauds and child abuse start snitching like supergrasses otherwise those responcible for the rorting and dogie business identifed as the KLAN will get away with it. We have ploughed the paddock of weeds up. Dont walk away fom a job half done. It is time now to sow some good honest seeds and then insist the Serious Misconduct Unit, DET and our politicians get police to move in and harvest the crop.

I wonder how Verity's re-election chances will be when people know she has covered-up the bullshit at Carenne and supported the child abusers and those who bully whistleblowers. I'd say it will be shot. A trip to Balmain could be in order.
This Verity Firth is a disgrace she is often seen nodding behind the Premier. She should be worried about her comfy seat her hubby wont be much help when the letter box drops start asking taxpayers to consider her inaction as Education Minister on Carenne Special School abuse and rorting issues. Why is the department paying Salmons cost ? Is that really true?
