The department has been provided with IP address logs and email headers clearly showing that Carennetruth is Lee Churches but they have done nothing.

I don't believe that Nathan Carter's claim has gotten anywhere because it is being held up. Last year when a factual was being done, Jeanette told Michael Auld and Margaret Rowe not to make a statement because of the ICAC investigation. A number of staff also made claims that Nathan had no intention of returning to Carenne.
I have in front of me the OHS Incident Report Number 21446. OHS in Sydney were claiming that they were unaware of a pre-existing condition and that he had lied to them. On the incident report it states that the injury was a re-aggravation.
When it became apparent that Nathan Carter was going to return to Carenne, Michael Auld threatened to knock him down if he came on the school premises and he was put at another school.

What is an unsafe workplace? Could it be that when DET employees tell management they will assault other employees and they are kept in employment while the people threatened with violence are relocated or sacked DET is accommodating workplace bullying, actually keeping an unsafe workplace? The threat of violence is a crime in itself so when DET management continue to employ people it has identified who threaten such violence they leave themselves open to claims if those identified as violent types known to them do assault other employees. Also the sort of racial vilification seen on Carenne Gate is a crime and Lee Churches is often on here vilifying people about their race making references to very offensive stereotyping. While we know Lee Churches is a wombat, she has personally identified herself as a racist who seems to enjoy the continued protection of the Department of Education and Training.
