AN electronic trail of sexually explicit communication with students may lead to jail for a former teacher at an Orange primary school.
The 36-year-old teacher yesterday pleaded guilty to 12 charges including using the internet to groom a child for sexual activity, using an electronic service to menace, harass or offend and several child pornography offences.
He was committed to the Orange District Court for sentence later this year.
Neither the man nor the school he was employed at can be named, with Orange Local Court placing a non-publication order on any information that may identify the victims.
One victim, an 11-year-old boy, was communicating with the teacher via an internet messaging service on the evening of July 2 last year.

"carennetruth" well known by SEA office staff to be Lee Churches will be scalped before long. Whether or not she is outright terminated or medically retired will depend on the circumstances. There has been serious panic this week at the SEA office following several visits. Parents are the ones who will get the real results.
To get results you need to focus on the SED and the Regional Director of Education themselves. When their backside is on the line they will scalp those below them. We have already seen this happen this week.

SIMONE RUSSELL BROKE THE CODE OF CONDUCT ABOUT HER STEP-SON
Action was never taken about Simone Russell breaching the code of conduct when she found out that her step-son had been accused of rape on Facebook. She was obliged to report that fact to EPAC but refused to do so.
She was also obliged to tell EPAC when the Police came knocking on her door, but instead had numerous district office staff, including Peter Harvey himself support her false stress claim.
Instead Scott Russell went to Carenne for a meeting with Lyn Duncan ranting and raving like a lunatic, saying that he would make sure the allegations went away, which of course they did. Once the police decided that there was insufficient evidence, EPAC did nothing and cleared Jeremy and Simone of any wrong-doing.

Carenne and anywhere else the abuse by police of the COPS computer resource for private benifit will result in the loss of job. SEA means School Education Area. It refers to the district which the School Education Director presides over. It is based out of the Bathurst Schools Office in George Street.
I am sorry for not explaining it, I am used to dealing with DET staff on a daily basis, I am not used to the outside world.
I can not see based on what I know how Simone Russell could have received the SAM position at Carenne over far better qualified staff. Something amiss must have happened there.

She was playing the corrupt games at Carenne and for SEA staff. You need to realise that it is not only staff inside Carenne which are at fault, there is a office of support staff for local schools who give most of the directions.
The problem with the Bathurst SEA is that Peter Harvey is surrounded by a pack of dinosaurs who need to be put out to pasture.

There was evidence that Jeremy had groomed young girls for sex on the Internet but she made sure one of Scott's friends took over the investigation. She also threatened Laurie who made a complaint about Jeremy's conduct towards a 15 year old girl at the school so stop your rot Simone.
