On Friday, Police advised that they would be returning all seized material and would be taking no further action as they could not find any evidence of illegal activity raising serious concerns about why the Police raided Mr Lindbert's home to begin with. It looks as though it was an intimidation tactic carried out on behalf of the Department of Education and Communities to cover up what is happening at Carenne School.

EPAC) and found guilty of NAPLAN fraud (EPAC again) but is still
employed. Has a history of previous problems at Junee Public. Has the
protection of Peter Harvey. I am told many of the staff are victimised,
bullied, abused and subject to false and contrived allegations. She has a
small group of corrupt followers - Carole Shaw, Nicole Wade and a
relatively new hatchet-man by the name of Duncan. From what I'm told
this needs investigation as well.

no that is true, I have not read them all. there hundreds of postings. all those I haf read though defame staff, certainkly not parents or children. thing is though, even if this is the case, why take it out on every member of staff by saying they are pedophiles? point me towards the ones where students are being defamed eg month of posting or title of blog

seems I am one of the only bloggers here that use their own name. guess because I am not hding. Just to let all those guilty of defmation to know that I have recieved legal advice, and once all offenders (falsely accusing bloggers) have been traced, even if it takes a year, I am pursuing for both criminal and civil damages. I have been accused in at least 3 places that I have found, of being a pedophile. This can be proven false as it claims between 2000 and 2003 i was part of a ped ring at the school with other named teachers. I was not at the school then, left in early 2000 on long term sick leave and was later medically retired. I never taught with any of the other students mentionned in that specific "ring of 3" I was also accused of having sex with withyman in early 2003 with anna blackburn, when david was questionned as to whether he could commnet on anything on my body that would normally have been unalbe to see, he replied no. I had a permanent urine catheter in. Hard to miss 30cm of rubber tubing when having sex. also, as i said, I was not even at the school. I really feel for the teachers involved here and can only hope they follow my lead of seeking justice and legal recompense. do you bloggers have any idea how many teachers across this country are physically or sexually assaulted each month?
