Carenne Special School's relieving principal, Terry Neal called Police on an 11 year-old student today after he became agitated and violent towards staff and other students. The student claims that he was sexually assaulted by an older student at the school and became agitated when Nadine Dwyer refused to listen to him about the assault.
The student's parents were called, telling them that he had an "episode" at school. The real reason was not told to the parents. When parents refused to collect their son from school, he was taken to Terry Neal who told him that nobody would believe him that he was sexually abused because he was a known trouble-maker. When the student become even more agitated, Police were called.
Office staff overheard Mr Neal tell the student prior to the Police arriving that he would "make your time at Carenne hell if you tell them about [name removed] having sex with you." and that "You will have to come back sometime, so think about that you little cunt."
Police arrived and threatened the student with criminal charges if he continued his behaviour before taking him home to his parents.
It is yet another example of the cover-ups, incompetence and deception going on in Bathurst involving the Police and the Carenne Special School.

Student assaulted as he gets off bus: Parent
A Carenne Special School parent has contacted Carenne Gate this morning after observing the blatant assault of a student while getting off Dave Graham's bus this morning.
The parent, who is afraid to be named after hearing about retribution against other students who's parents have been identified on this blog claims that she saw a student being slapped across the face by a short blonde woman when he refused to get off the bus. The parent alleges that the student would not let go of the rail on the bus when it arrived at the school and was slapped with an open hand by the Carenne employee.
"I immediately rang the DOCS helpline and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was a school and that I would need to contact the principal," said the parent.
The parent said she did not know who the person who assaulted the student was.

Witness to bus driver abusing student told to "shut up"
Carenne whistleblower Barracus has reported that she witnessed a bus driver assaulting a student yesterday afternoon and was told to "shut up" about it when she reported it to Carenne Special School principal, Neil Moon.
Barracus claims that she saw the Carenne Support vehicle driven by Dave Graham parked at the rest area at Mount Lambie where he had a student known to often be locked in a storeroom by Ros Luther outside the vehicle and was physically hitting him on the back and buttocks. Barracus claims to of tried to ring the school immediately but could not get an answer.
Barracus claims that when she got to school this morning she spoke to the principal Neil Moon and reported what she had seen. She was told to "shut up" and not to tell anyone about the incident because it would cause "too many problems" and cast more "negative light" upon the school. Barracus says that she told Mr Moon that it was likely that members of the public saw the assault as it was on the side of the highway in a vehicle which clearly states Carenne School. Mr Moon told her "the last thing we need right now is for someone to report this to the Police, I have them convinced there is nothing wrong here, keep it quiet and it will be all OK".
Barracus says that she expects that Mr Graham will cover-up the incident because his wife was the escort on his bus.
It is concerning that Mr Moon is more interested in the reputation of the school than the welfare of students. Carenne Gate calls for the immediate investigation of this matter.

Second Bathurst Protest Interrupted
On Friday, the Carenne Gate truck was joined in Bathurst by a van, which circulated the city with messages about the Carenne Gate affair in an attempt to raise awareness of this important political issue. The van circulated to the soundtrack of Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall, which has become the theme song of the Carenne Gate affair. After of photographs of the van were taken as it passed the Carenne Special School function in the William Street, the van was stopped by Police who told the driver not to break any road rules and there would be no issue after they received a call about the vehicle.
Shortly thereafter, the protest van was interrupted when it is alleged that there was an attempt to carjack the driver in William Street.

Student dragged from bus by staff
I have received a number of reports about a nine year-old Carenne Special Student being physically dragged from a school bus yesterday. Staff allege that the student was roughly grabbed and dragged by two staff, one being teacher Nadine Dwyer and an aide (which there have been conflicting reports of just who it was). Staff claim that they were so rough that the student was screaming in pain.
The student was visibly distressed following the incident and was sent home it is believed. A number of other staff, parents and students witnessed this assault perpetrated by Carenne Special School staff and claim to have been upset by it.
I sent a email regarding this to Peter Harvey and the SMU yesterday in relation to this on behalf of the Carenne Saviours but received no reply.
