The Carenne Special School parent who is facing court on charges relating to the alleged abuse of her child has spoken exclusively to Carenne Gate about her ordeal, claiming that she has been "set-up" by Carenne staff.
The parent has spoken of the horror of being persecuted by school staff after criticising the school for providing support to the children of staff while leaving her family out in the cold. "We approached the school and asked if there could be some sort of fundraiser for (name) because of the financial difficulties we had at the time," said the parent. She says that after she posted on this blog asking why Janelle Kemp and Melinda Gavin were given financial support her life changed forever.
She claims that within weeks her child became to show signs of illness and a rapid deterioration of her condition. She went to doctors and eventually her child was admitted to hospital. While in hospital, the child had tests which showed she had been poisoned. "I couldn't believe it, I just wanted to know who could do this to my baby," said the distressed parent.
The child started to recover until she returned to school. "Within a few days of returning to the school she was sick again, whatever was happening was happening at school," said the parent. After discussions with school staff about the issue she was visited by Detective Findlay who accused her of poisoning her child. "Within days she was placed into care, I was slapped with a restraining order and charged," said the parent as she fought back tears.
The parent claims she has been told by other parents of the rapid deterioration of their children when placed in the classroom of a particular teacher at the school. "As soon as kids get placed in her class they go down hill, what is she doing to them?" asked the parent.
Unfortunately due to the case still being in court we are unable to name those involved as it will form a key part of the mother's defence. It demonstrates that those who speak out about the significant issues at the school are not only victimised themselves but their children become attacked.

The person who has created and continued this blog is a man just so you all know - I personally know who it is and cant wait to see him go down for this and his other internet crimes, if he actually cared about the children and his allegations were true why on earth would he just blog about it - strange, crazy weird little (or not so) man thats why! I fully agree with you!! I am fairly sure that many of these blog aliases are one single person pretending to use many names so it appears there is great condemnation. I have said this previously. I would have laid down my life for my students. All I ever wanted was to work with children with special needs. Its a terrible thing to read on the internet, after years of dedication, to be accused of such a disgusting thing. By using a lot of different aliases, it looks like the accusations are more credible. Its disgusting filth and can only take a certain depraved mind. I dont think there are this many depraved minds and so I strongly suspect only one or two using aliases. How do we even know that the "Julie Brown" (who detectives have confirmed is a fasle name) is not the one posting her/his own replies????? Nothing about these blogs is credible. I did a key word search and foound that, in one place or another, EVERY single member of staff that I worked with in early 2000s (inlcuding all teachers and aides - BAR one interestingly!!!!) has been accused of being a pedophile!!!! LOL, thats why NO one will ever take any of it seriously. Oh and not just every member of Carenne, but all support teachers at Bathurst HIgh and Kelso????? All staff at RDA and Interchange AND the bus drivers!!!! The accuser is looking like a joke now to the public AND is making a lot of enemies, not just of staff defamed but of their friends and families. However, they explained that since the creation of facebook and other social media sites, and the bullying and consequences of same on individuals on such sites. Bev - A current affair have been contacted about this and now that we know exactly who it is are going to act on it, he has done it on other blogs and countless more that we dont know of also, I tried to count all of the charges and there are just too many - he has even made money off some of the victims! I know, I am patient and can wait. I was accused on several entries of disgusting acts, which were acutally physically impossible for me to carry out. Obviously the blogger did not do their homework well. I have tracked down other co-accused teachers and am encouraging them all to speak up and to take civil action also. I know almost every member of staff defamed, all beautiful dedicated people. It has hurt so many it saddens me, such dedicated people. "Julie Brown" will eventually be charged and when this happens will be on advocates front page and public enemy number one to the community. this is a small town in many ways and Carenne a well known and respected school across the community. The police have also been accused - will be a hard fall and countless charges laid. Jail will probably be the saftest place for this person to be for public enemy number one!

Its really hard but You know what, as tempting as it is to keep replying, we are really feeding this sicko blog writer by doing so. Personally, I think we need to blacklist this blog. In our attempts to reveal the truth, which I think is finally happening (the blog is obviously a fraud) we are actually giving the blogger what he/she wants . ATTENTION. when a child is naughty and seeking attention, we are told we should ignore the behaviour and they will learn to get positive attention by acting responsibly. this blog serves no purpose but to gain attention from a person who obviously feels they need to make up stories to seem important and then reply to own stories with many aliases to look like they have support! . ProbIem is that most of the replies, under different alaises, share the same writing style (same person) oour writing style can be almost as unique as our finger prints! think we remove the attention by no longer giving the blogger the reinforcement being seeked. omerta, I have spent a long time studying these blogs. I wrote a long list of all the staff, including teachers and aides, who worked there when I did and those that I know of since. You know what I found when I did a key word search through each blog using each name? ONE ONLY MEMBER OF STAFF WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAD NOT BEEN ACCUSED of breaking bones or being a pedophile at some part of these blogs!!! . the other reason I know it is a colleauge, very sadly, that is accusing us all, is the spelling of our names. Its a give away. Knew how to spell both Lee's correctly ie Lii and Lee and knew not to put an E on the end of Warn. many tell tale things sadly told me that the mole was indeed a member of carenne staff, likely from some time back. Aslo seems to know, even though 13 years back, who worked with who and during what period. Obviously an ex employee feeding the info. i have a fairly good idea who. some critical mistakes made though. I was accused of having sex with a student in 2002 or 2003, the same student who later accused another teacher who was then seriously persecuted because of it - I think we both know names here, I wont mention as enough innocent have suffered. My point here is that I went on sick leave lol in 2000 and did not return!!!! also, getting a little personal here, the person obviously did not realise I had a permanent catheter in - sex lol I think not - this was not something that was publicly known at the school and so a big slip up here. I had not worked at Carenne since a surgical blunder in august 2000, so could hardly have been involved in a school "pedophile ring" in 2002 to 2003. Big blunder. For the reasons given though I know a colleague is behind the info given to the writer, so am not suprised. I do know who it is, not the writer but the "mole" I have passed my supsicions on and my reasons why to the investigating detectives.

In the beginning there were some truth to the stories but the comments were always bullshit. Ever since the identity of Libertarian was exposed the blog makes it all up as it goes along.
The identity of Julie Brown can be easily ascertained from the CCTV footage of Bathurst Court House on 19/4/2010. She was the red head sitting in the media gallery.
Alot of people want to take civil action against this blog and some of the staff at the school. There are some bad eggs there (and unfortunately these eggs are rotten so their stench overpowers the rest) which will be rooted out once the attention is on them.
There is and has always been a provision of the Crimes Act for "criminal defamation", it requires the NSW Attorney-General to consent to the prosecution but I believe in this case that would not be hard to obtain at all.
Besides that you they may be able to get the person (or persons) on "use carriage service to menace/harass/offend".
Might I also add that the Carters have been vilified by this blog as much as anyone else. There have been allegations of corrupt conduct, incest, etc against them. As with another whistleblower they have been attacked for standing up for what they know.
Unlike the gutless Julie Brown, a number of people are standing out in the open making reports via the proper channels and copping the backlash.

well said... her daughter was in hospital for almost two years, it wasnt until tanya was stopped from seeing her daughter that she started to get better. I know cos we were in hospital for most of that time in that ward and the whole ward was suspicious of mum. it was not a suprise to any of the mums or nurses when the finger was pointed at her.... and the evidence collected is undeniable
