Carenne Special School klansmen turned whistleblower nedkelly has contacted Carenne Gate after being abused by Capebase Blayney bus driver Steve Minshull on Friday afternoon. nedkelly claims this abuse was leveled at staff in front of students by the driver.
nedkelly claims that Mr Minshull said "you c---s are always running late, this is the second day in a row you have been late. Too bad if I have something else to do. You need to get your f---ing act together."
nedkelly claims that Mr Minshull's aggression and language upset nearby students, with a number of them having to be settled by staff. nedkelly said that Mr Minshull had to pick up a number of students from a local Bathurst school before he went to Carenne and he arrived at Carenne at 2:50PM most days, expecting staff to change their routine to suit him.
"This other school would be having to pull students out of class early just to suit this moron's schedule. He needs to be told that he isn't the boss and he has no right telling us what to do," said nedkelly.
According to nedkelly and Horatio, Steve Minshull behaved the same when he drove the Hartley bus.

Neil Moon was made aware of the incident and did nothing as usual.

Neil Moon is a spineless moron and cant even stand up for the kids let alone staff.
Neil Moon will never stand up for anything because he is just a puppet. He has no idea what he is doing so he just follows everyone else. If the man had to make a decision by himself he would be stuffed.
This guy is an arrogant bastard and always has been. He goes on with rot and thinks he is god and can push everyone else around. He was seen being rough with kids in the past and nothing happened when it was reported to Wollongong.
If he speaks like this to staff imagine how he speaks to students.

Neil Moon was talking him up to the Blayney parents telling us what a great guy he is and how he will do a far better job than Craig Graham. What I want to know is how come he doesn't have a carer on the bus? Craig did for a long time but after a number of complaints about his wife she was taken off and never replaced.
Steve is rude to me everyday and tries to tell me what to do. The guy is a jerk.

Bullies could be sent to jail for up to 10 years under changes to stalking laws to be introduced in the Victorian parliament.
The news was welcomed by the parents of 19-year-old Brodie Panlock who jumped to her death after enduring 16 months of relentless bullying by three workmates at a Hawthorn cafe in 2006.
The three men and their boss, who turned a blind eye to the bullying, were fined $115,000 and the company which owned the cafe in which she worked was fined $220,000.
Brodie's Law will add serious workplace and cyber bullying to Crimes Act provisions already governing stalking, the Herald Sun said.
And children who use Facebook to threaten or harass could be included in the change.
"If this law had existed then, the vultures who caused our daughter's death would be in jail," said Brodie's father, Damian Panlock.
"That's the only way you can show anyone what this law is about - not just give them a fine and a slap on the wrist."
Attorney-General Robert Clark said the kind of behaviour inflicted on Brodie will not be tolerated.
"Victorian families are entitled to be confident that their children starting out in the workforce are protected from falling victim to serious bullying," he said.
On Monday, Cabinet approved the Crimes Amendment (Bullying) Bill, which is likely to be introduced to Parliament this week.
