During his meeting with Carenne staff today, Patrick Quinn said that the charges against Lee Churches, Terry Neal and Neil Moon would be dropped within two weeks after discussions with the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Quinn claims that the DPP had made a mistake and the charges would be dropped. If this turns out to be true, it would provide yet another example of how the NSW government provides no protection to whistleblowers and let their tormentors continue without consequence.
If the charges are dropped, there will be no clear finding that those involved were guilty or not guilty. A lawyer who spoke to Carenne Gate said that under the charges against the trio there is a presumption of guilt and that those charged must prove their innocence.

This sounds very "FISHY"There was no mistake, How can the DPP Not proceed with this case,They are either guilty or not guilty a verdict has to be reached,Not just dismissed because the DPP feels like dismissing It.What have these people got to hide the PUBLIC have the right to ASK this QUESTION.

Lee told me that she has had the case against her sabotaged by the police and that the prosecutor won't even be able to turn up to court on monday.
Isn't this funny Then the DPP are not going ahead with this case "VERY FISHY".

Do You Mean Someone One Was Payed Off To Make This Case Go Away.
If This Case Is Above Board ,This Case Should Be Heard And Moon ,Neil And Churches Should Be Found Guilty Or Not Guilty Not Just Passes Over And Nothing Done About It.
Does anyone know who the DPP is or is the DPP a local Police Sargent From Chifley Command,Also if The DPP made a Mistake as MR QUINN Has said what were the mistakes have they been told to the court magistrate or have they just screw nathan carter again.
