During the third day of the Withyman case applications for the case to be adjourned were made by both the NSW Department of Education and Training and former Carenne Special School teacher, Anna Blackburn.
The education department was unsuccessful in its application, however Miss Blackburn was successful and the case has been adjourned until 22 March 2010. Miss Blackburn has been referred to the court registrar for assistance in applying for pro bono legal representation.

Because Lee is up to her neck in it that's why. Lee knows EVERYTHING that happens in this school there is no way she didn't know about Anna and David. She allowed it to happen most likely because of her posts the other day - "he was 18 it doesn't matter".

Sick sick bastards. If you knew this was happening and you did nothing you are just as bad. People entrust their kids to you every day and something like this happens then when it is all said and done you say 'I didn't know'.
Dear Bloggers, please name EVERY staff member who was employed at that school at the time this happened.
