The officials claim to have received reports from Auld's former aide Melinda Gavin that he has leaked confidential school information, misappropriated school funds and property, sexually harassed staff and assaulted students.
Gavin gave an interview to EPAC officers at the beginning of term claiming that -
- Auld had accessed confidential information on school computers in 2009 and 2010 and had leaked it,
- Auld planted evidence on staff computers to implicate staff,
- Destroyed documents implicating Lee Churches, Margaret Rowe, Simone Russell and himself,
- Diverted funds to RDA,
- Stolen school property,
- Had inappropriate conversations of a sexual nature with make students,
- Gave students pornography,
- Showed pornography in class,
- Inappropriately touched female students,
- Made unwanted sexual advanced towards her, including exposing himself
These allegations come as no surprise given Auld's bizarre behavior. Auld's conduct places students at serious risk of harm. Despite being covered up by the school, Mr Auld had a checkered history with the department, having a number of issues recorded on his file for misconduct.

ReplyDeleteAll staff from Carenne this week received a lecture from Corporate Communications and legal branch about appropriate behaviour online.
All staff were instructed to make there facebook page's private. All staff were instructed to behave appropriately online. Restrictions about visiting the Carenne Gate Blog have been lifted and staff are able to visit the blog so long as they comply the DET Staff code of conduct.
The department is also offering free legal representation to anyone who wants to take action for defamation over this blog. Also Carenne Support and its directors have been offered free legal representation as well as assisted student transport contractors.
I understand the department has allocated several million to fund this legal action.

Michael convinced Terry Neal and I that Nathan Carter had to go and that he was responsible for a destabilisation campaign at the school. Michael told us he had found things on Nathan's computer showing that he had been snooping so we decided to get rid of him. Michael promised he would be able to run the school's computers but couldn't.
I now know that Michael Auld lied about finding anything on Nathan's computer and that he lied about him. Michael Auld is an evil evil man who needs to be stopped. He will try to destroy the lives of anyone and everyone for his own sick deluded pleasure.

The media have backed off completely on all occasions when threatened with legal action
Also Police have requested a media blackout of any negative publicity of the school after the Four Corners incident where they went to Bathurst South to interview Simone.

ReplyDeleteThe investigation in to that slut Ashley Elphick's allegations have found there total lies by the police.
ReplyDeleteI understand that the police are going to refer Ashley to a youth justice conference over her false allegations.
Ashley is going to be moved to a mainstream setting as she is clearly not in need of special school placement and we are looking for somewhere else to send her.
Jeremy is completely innocent of any wrong doing and the Department refuses to conduct an investigation as it accepts the police findings that the allegations were false and vexatious.

ReplyDeleteJulie Brown has been writing about her paranoid belief that there is problems at Carenne for years. The claims have been investigated and found not to be proven and the staff who have been falsely accused nothing has happened to them.
ReplyDeleteIf the claims she has made are the truth then why has she declined numerous invitations from the Department, Police and others agencies to meet with her and provide the evidence she has to support the allegations that she makes. She has been offered numerous opportunities to provide a statement to police about her knowledge of the wrong doing at Carenne and she as declined that. One would suspect she has declined it because her allegations are lies and she does not want to be charged with making a false complaint.
It is because she has no proof and her claims are lies.
