On the 20th anniversary of McDonalds' McHappy Day to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Carenne Special School and the Bathurst branch of the Riding for the Disabled Association were at the day asking people to donate to them.
One Carenne staff member was shocked when she walked over to the gazebo where Carenne and RDA had set up and overheard Adam Ryan asking people to make a donation to the Riding for the Disabled Association or Carenne. "I couldn't believe it, they took the therapy farm animals down there and set up just to beg for money," said the staff member.
It was only on Friday that Carenne was presented with a cheque for $14,000 from the V8 ball held in October for the races at Mt Panorama.
How about you thieves give any money you got yesterday to Ronald McDonald House? They do more work than you ever have done.

ReplyDeleteI thought you might be interested in how the ICAC Investigations are progressing. The ICAC will be conducting Compulsory examinations in Bathurst starting on the 21st of November 2011 at Bathurst Court House. These hearings are in private meaning the public can’t attend. There will be ICAC investigators who will be at the court house throughout the examinations and will be able to take a statement if you want to report corruption at Careen. The ICAC will be starting at around 9am and will be prepared to sit through to 8pm with breaks. Counsel assisting the commission is Mark Tedeschi QC. It is expected that each witness will be asked questions for about an hour potentially longer. The ICAC will be putting to witness if they give statements against the main offenders they will be offered immunity.

It is Mcdonalds policy that local commuinty groups are invited on McHappy day to fundraise at Mcdonald's around the country. He cleraly indicated where the donations were going to and people were aware of where there money was going to. There was no deception or fraud involved. Consquently the donations those people made to RDA should be going to RDA not Ronald McDonald House Charities as that would be not in accourdance of the wishes of the donor. ReplyDeleteMalcolm Barnett and others from EPAC were at the school today. Also Detectives from Bathurst Police attended the school.
The DET is interested in the missing DER Laptops and there is going to be replacement laptops sent to Carenne. It is understood that DET IT staff will be present to oversee there distribution to students. The DET has given a directive to Neal Moon that they are to be actively used by students and they will be sending out people to train staff on how to use laptops with special needs students.
Also Mr Auld is under suspicion for stealing school property and was interviewed by Bathurst Police and Malcolm Barnett. He has been given a directive prohibiting him from being at Carenne School after hours unless there’s a school function.
He has been given a notice under the inclosed lands protection act to that effect and will be deemed to be trespassing if found at Carenne School after hours. If you witness him there you should call police or ring the school security hotline on 1300 88 00 21.
Bit late for the students who have been taken out of Carenne due to the Abuse and Corruption who should have had these DER laptops that Auld did not distribute too these students.

ReplyDeleteI have decided to come clean with the corruption at Carenne Support. I admit that Carenne Support has been corrupt and has breached its contract for student transport.
I informed the Department today of that and detailed my involvement in that fraud as well as the involvement of many others. I admit that I and many others hatched a plan to overcharge the Department for student transport by lying about many things.
I also note that many directors of Carenne Support received payments from Carenne Support well in excess of there out of pocket expenses. Essentially Carenne Support has been functioning as a business for some time.
I also admit that there has been corruption surrounding student therapy and funding from ADHC. This funding was not used in accordance with the contract and only certain students got the benefit of it. Also ADHC was billed for therapy sessions that never occurred.
Also the donations that Carenne Support receives have been simply given to myself and many others and not use for Carenne. I note that Carenne Support has been used Geoff Salmon to hide money from his creditors.
Also Carenne Support has been involved in Medicare fraud. What occurred was there is a program known as Enhanced Primary Care Program. The Enhanced Primary Care Program allows people with chronic health conditions to receive 5 sessions from allied health professionals.
What we did with a GP in Bathurst was we got him to make these plans referring the students to Christine Porter and the GP would create a plan under the program he would receive payment for Medicare for creating the plan so that’s why he did it. We than bulk billed Medicare for sessions as well as ADHC essentially we were double dipping. Also we billed Medicare for students who did not even get any sessions from us. This plan was created by Christine Porter.
We have also received donations from many large businesses of expensive items such as iphones which we took for our personal benefit.
I sincerely apologise for my actions and will suffer the consequences in due course.
