A Carenne Special School employee who was passing by the school last night and became concerned that the shed at the rear of the school was being burgled discovered that it was one of their colleagues, Michael Auld acting suspiciously.
The employee reports that they drove past the school at around 8PM and seeing a vehicle parked at the rear gate with its headlights on high beam. When they went to see what was happening, they saw Michael Auld's White Ford Falcon parked at the gate with him standing near the gate.
It is unknown what Michael Auld was doing around the shed at the rear of the school with nobody else around at 8PM at night. The employee told Carenne Gate that they reported it to Carenne Gate so that if anything went missing from the shed, it would be known that it was Michael Auld who had taken it.Michael Auld is regularly observed by posters and Carenne Gate investigators at the school at all times of the day and night by himself. With the plethora of issues at Carenne Special School, including the leaks of confidential information, the likes of Michael Auld should not be allowed at the school after hours.

ReplyDeletePOLICE say they would not be able to take criminal action against the distributors of a malicious flier being distributed to letterboxes in the Bathurst CBD.
The flier is presented as a warning to local women not to date a man who, the pamphlet claims, is a liar – and worse.
But while the flier names the man and includes a photograph of him, whoever is responsible for its distribution has not included his or her name or details.
Despite being widely circulated around the central business district, a spokesman from Bath-
urst police yesterday said no complaints had been made regarding the pamphlet.
But because it was not threatening the victim, the spokesperson said, it could not be treated as a criminal issue.
The officer said if the pamphlet made a threat towards the victim,
they would then have grounds to charge the person responsible.
But as it is worded – including a number of defamatory allegations – the victim would only be able to take action in a civil case against the publisher.
This would involve suing the publisher for defamation, or damage to his reputation, as a result of what was
written on the flier.

ReplyDeleteMichael is the main leak at Carenne. He has strategically released information about the school to make it look like one of the KLAN's opponents was hacking into the school's computer system or had stolen documents.
